“The hotel is dilapidated. We arrived in our non-smoker room just to find it reeks of cigarettes with full ashtray outside the door. This same ashtray was still full when we were leaving 3 days later. No one cleaned the room during our stay. The water was leaking in the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom produced loudest screaching ever. I had to speak to the hostess on reception via Google translator, as she didnt speak english at all...”

“Everything was perfect, except there was no coffee place in town and hotel didn't have creamers so we can have a coffee at the hotel. We drove more than 15 miles to get a cup of decent coffee on Saturday morning! Our room was perfect and super clean - we highly recommend this hotel!”

“This is a very charming B&B with an equally charming host. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was superb. Common areas included a beautifully furnished sitting room and a billiard room. In the private yard is a sauna, hot tub, and small pool — all clean and in working order during our early June visit. Thank you, Andre!”

“Quand nous sommes arrivés, la chambre que nous avions réservée n'avait pas été nettoyée. Il y avait une seule autre chambre disponible, minuscule, avec un petit lit inconfortable et seulement un rideau pour séparer la toilette/douche du lit. Comme nous avions réservé à travers une application et non directement avec l'hôtel, impossible d'avoir un remboursement. L'endroit avait l'air sympa, mais nous n'y retournerons jamais. Nous visitons souvent les Camptons de l'Est, vous ne serez pas dans……

“Très bien situé, à moins de 12 minutes de marche du Vieux-Sherbrooke. Les propriétaires et le personnel se distinguent par une grande discrétion, allant jusqu’à s’effacer pour laisser toute la place au séjour. Cette réserve pourra plaire à certains, mais elle nous a laissés avec le sentiment d’être un peu de trop. Superbe demeure de 1872, soigneusement rénovée. Chambre très confortable, malgré le léger bruit constant du calorifère.”

“Right in the heart of town, super convenient. Great breakfasts. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were low-end motel quality so we had to purchase some for our 4 night stay. We left a tip for the maid, they also added $7 per day tip for breakfast, and then when paying the final bill there was a screen to add 18% or higher to the total by way of extra tip. Never saw that before, not a fan. Anyhow, comfortable bed, friendly staff.”
