Nice hotel close to stores.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby was nice. Room was clean but a little small. Good for 2-4 people.

The only issue was the bed frame which my boyfriend and I both banged into a few times, my boyfriend ended up with a pretty nasty scratch! If we were elderly or frail this could be a severe problem. You should change the frames or apply rubber bumpers to the edges!!!!!

Nice room, clean, no fridge (snacks and drinks were on the dresser in a tray). We had a queen bed, very comfortable, comfy pillows as well, nice linens. They offered a small breakfast buffet for 8.50 per person, very reasonable and the food was good.

Average hotel trying to be something they are not.

Location: Good location for visiting in St Eustache.
Warning you will be asked to post a $150 deposit before they register you for this hotel. Very average furniture no real mini-bar. How did they earn a 4 star rating?

Rooms were not that clean and missing key essentials (soap in one room as an example). Got the run around on getting a toothbrush which should be standard hotel services. Mold on the AC units and smell in room. AC right under drapes so they blew all night. Would not recommend this hotel unless no other choice. Stayed here to go to Cabane Au Pied Couchon - convenient drive but that was it.

Very Nice hotel, modern and clean, Pool is very small (more of a splash pool). Location is close to highway exit but little worthwhile to do in walking distance. Front staff is friendly but not overly helpful, the few requests I had pointed me to a self serve option (Receipt on check-out) or changing room types (couldn't pay the difference for a 2 bed room as it was my mistake on reserving). They just followed the book and didn't try to be helpful.
