Average hotel trying to be something they are not.

Location: Good location for visiting in St Eustache.
Warning you will be asked to post a $150 deposit before they register you for this hotel. Very average furniture no real mini-bar. How did they earn a 4 star rating?

Trop cher pour ce qu'ils offrent

La chambre est bien, mais sans plus, la piscine est tres froide c'est dommage au prix qu'ils chargent la nuitée et vue la grosseur de la piscine elle pourrait être chauffer et ainsi offrir la possibilité au vacancier de profiter au maximum de leurs installations, pour les amateurs de gym la salle est minuscule comprenant 3 appareils avec vue .. Sur la piscine. Si vous avez une chambre aux étages supérieur et que vous avez envie de vous baigner il n'y a pas de peignoir dans les chambres il vous faut donc traverser l'hôtel en serviette et où mouiller pour retourner à votre chambre, nous avons demander un ouvre bouteille, la réception en avait un seul de disponible et il était hors d'état de servir on a donc dut retourner au vestibule et demander au restaurant d'ouvrir notre bouteille... Pour 200$ la nuit c'est décevant.

Very Nice hotel, modern and clean, Pool is very small (more of a splash pool). Location is close to highway exit but little worthwhile to do in walking distance. Front staff is friendly but not overly helpful, the few requests I had pointed me to a self serve option (Receipt on check-out) or changing room types (couldn't pay the difference for a 2 bed room as it was my mistake on reserving). They just followed the book and didn't try to be helpful.

Consommation à la chambre non utilisé

tout était bien, par contre lors de mon départ, le maître d’hôtel m'as informé que j'avais pris une boîte de Pringle. JE N'AI EN AUCUN CAS PRIS QUOI QUE CE SOIT DANS LE PANIER CONTENANT DU CHOCOLAT, CHIPS, ET AUTRES. C'est dommage d'argumenter à ce sujet, c'était pas un problème pour moi de payer ce que j'aurai pris, MAIS J'AI RIEN TOUCHÉ DANS CE PANIER. Il serait opportun de ne rien mettre dans la chambre et si on veut quoi que ce soit, d'aller se le procurer à la réception ou ailleurs.

close to venue for family reunion

Pros: CLOSE TO OUR FAMILY REUNION
Cons: ELEVATOR SERVICE; CLEAN MOULD ON BATHROOM SHOWER TILES.
disappointed...at our check-in 2 pm Our 2 rooms were switched to the 4th floor in order not to be annoyed by wedding and both closer on the same floor.Great! As we were due to meet other family members for our reunion we took our keys and returned to the hotel at around 10p.m. at which time we were told that the elevator was out of order and would have to use the stairs. According to the desk clerk he said it was that way all day!!! Well, what to do ,our daughter, husband and child and my husband age 83 and myself 77. we were asked "if we needed any help with our luggage? well, YES. Needless to say the 4 flights of stairs proved difficult, but we made it. Following morning the elevator still OUT OF ORDER, down the stairs luggage and all, check OUT expressed our concerns, no eye contact with desk clerk, well really can't blame her. How long does it take to get service on an important equipment? We live in a 16 story condo and service is done quickly with no delays. Furthermore, is there a service elevator which could be used? For such a size of hotel, how can the building code allow only 1 elevator? This is not a cheap motel, one would think a better standard of service would be offered to their guests.Hopefully we will receive an Apology from the IMPERIA MANAGEMENT.
