Room Service was disrespectful when once they had already cleaned the room they kept walking into the room without knocking at all for up to 5 times in less than 2 hours!! Also, no kettle with tea/coffee available. First time ever I experience this in an Ibis.

Nice stay

The staff at this hotel was great. Super helpful and nice. It's Europe vs USA, so amenities were not as plentiful as used to in USA, but can't say enough good things about the staff. No ice machine, they gave us a pitcher of ice. Did everything they could do to make our stay pleasant. Hotel was new and nice with good wi-fi and A/C. So, basically no complaints.

Nice Clean Place for overnight stay

Clean little hotel with small rooms, decent breakfast, and friendly night check in staff. Would definitely repeat if in the Mont St. Michel area again. Didn't get a chance to use it, but nice chain restaurant attached to property. Staff, except for breakfast manager, was very friendly.

Air conditioning and phone not working, room was very hot upon entry. No other rooms available.
