Everything was exactly as expected. The only thing I would remark upon was that there was no overhead light in the room. Beside that I would definitely stay there again.

While we thought it was cool staying in an old hotel, and the staff was great, there were a few holes in ceiling (for repairs) and no amenities: We had a bed, tv, desk, ac & everything in the bathroom was fine. The staff let us know that the owner was trying to fix up the place, because it's a historical site, but starting with the windows may not have been the best option. The hotel is 100 years old and we understood that but the bed comforter needs an update, new carpet, breakfast in the am would have been nice. A microwave in the room or a fridge would have been nice too. Once into our next stay, my husband realized he was bit up by bed bugs. We advise not staying here right now, but possibly in the future. The place has potential. We did like staying here until my husband got chewed up (at least 15 bites).

Great stay! Excellent staff. Friendly, helpful, gracious. Exceeded our expectations. Clean room. No repair issues or nonfunctional fixtures or appliances. Comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows, towels, and other linens. Housekeepers went extra mile. Convenient location easy to find. Parking was great; handy, plenty of it, well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful. Pancake machine acted a little ornery, but the kitchen staff came and worked with it and WE HAD PANCAKES. She even came and brought us more! Overall - great stay!

Clean motel, great breakfast. Price is right and we were allowed to bring our little dog and everyone was so attentive to her. My only complaint was we couldn't get get the usual network channels on our TV. We called and the desk clerk came to our room but he didn't know how to get anything but TuBi. He said the facility had recently changed to cable

The good stuff: the property has a lot of parking space and the area is overall quiet. The bad: 1. Room dirty and stinky, horrible smell upon arrival 2. Breakfast is awful, if you care about it. Coffee too. 3. Room A/C unit is the NOISIEST unit on the Planet. Whoever produced it, and whoever bought it, must to hate the human race! It's absolutely impossible to sleep with this God awful noise, all the time. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!
