Old and tired.

At one time this was probably a comfortable place to stay. The place is old and tired. Needs a complete overhaul..

High Way 20 East, Exit 147 Qc, Canada

Pros: Breakfast was good and employees were kind.
Cons: Make sure employees make all the booked rooms every day.
Location: On High Way 20 East, exit 145 there is a little shopping and food.
We came in late on Thursday night, September 21st and we have a good experience during check in. There was no bar or restaurant open at the hotel at 9.30 pm and we were told to go to exit 145 where we could eat at that time of night. So we did. Next day Friday we left the hotel around 9.30 am and came back around 9 pm and I opened the door to our room to find out that the bed was undone and we did not have fresh towels in the bathroom. It was disappointing. Also the air conditioning unit did not work properly. It will star and stop every few minutes and it made a lot of noise. The moment we came back to the room that Friday night there was a manager passing by and he heard me and recognized that the room was not done. Next morning Saturday same employee promised to have the room in order when we come back. Anyway we let the employee at the counter know that we were checking out one day before, not on Monday but on Sunday morning. We came back around 12.10 am Early Sunday and the room was done. There is NO RESTAURANT for dinner only Breakfast.

Bad smell

Cons: update rooms, renovate, not have rotten egg smell in water
We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our room was not ready on time, when we were given the key to entre, the bathroom wasn't clean. We were given another room where the carpet seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the bathroom was in disrepair and we wuld get the smell of rotten eggs each time we ran the shower. The second morning there was no hot water.
