Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Rückseite des Hauses grenzt an einer Straße mit viel Verkehr. Das örtliche Krankenhaus wird auch über diese Straße mit Rettungsfahrzeugen angefahren. Wer aus der Stadt kommt, den stört das eher weniger. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum für den täglichen Bedarf. La pergola est vraiment géniale pour tous les repas, au bord de la piscine et entourée de végétation tropicale. Une autre propice aux apéros. TOUT est soigné, propre et beaucoup d'équipements mais aussi séchoirs, playstation...
