Nice view from family rooms, However very dated facilities. Breakfast was very good and good value. Looks were nice. Locations was ok- about 5/10mins to beach and about 15mins walk to Saint Raphael

A great little hotel
Very nice, comfortable hotel, with good size indoor and outdoor swimming pools, satisfactory breakfast, spacious room, powerful walk-in shower, helpful and friendly staff, and close to shops, restaurants, and a big sandy beach a few minutes walk away.

The place and hotel is not as good as it seems to be on the website..... 4 stars is not convenient, it's more a 3 stars hotel in my opinion .... specially if you consider the spa area witch is poor.....

This hotel was clearly oversold. On arrival, we got in at midnight and were given our keys to our room and to my amazement another couple were already sleeping in there. They took an hour to get a new room for us, by then my 1 year old was wide awake with all the commotion. The room they changed us to was small, add in a cot and you have no room to walk. We complained to Expedia and checked in to another hotel the next day. Location wise it is a great location but I would give this a 2* at best.

Great location and amenities
Great room near to pool. Pool was quiet and comfortable.Local area had lovely bars restaurants on the quayside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in Saint Raphael
My wife and I spend 2 days at this very nice hotel. Our room had a view of the sea , was very clean and confortable. The staff was very welcoming and responded to our request timely. The hotel provided a very good breakfast with plenty to choose including eggs, ham, yogourts, cereal, fruits and more. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will certainly stay there again during our next visit. Claud + Laurene

Great comfortable stay, but better staff...
The hotel is very well located, but we checked in late and the guy at the front desk barely spoke English and couldn't explain where the parking entrance was, which was not easy to find. Better signs please! He had to call someone on the phone to help. It took a lot longer than necessary. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good for the price and we had a very nice stay.

Comfortable but staff could be better
It was a great location but the staff could use a class in customer service. The hotel was comfortable and near a marina with lots of restaurants. We stayed 2 nights.

Idéalement situé. Piscine ouverte et jacuzzi trop "frais" et un peu "abîmés". Dans la chambre vitres sales. Salle de bains vitre sale également et vasque également (trop vétuste je pense) Gel douche dilué ! Bar et salle de petit déjeuner au top. Extérieur moyen. Mini bar vide. Même pas une bouteille d eau Mais le pire c'est que la gâche de la porte était casée Photos du site ou améliorées ou datant d il y a des années. 14,5 e le petit déjeuner c'est trop cher...

Notre séjour était bien. Chambres spacieuses avec un balcon, par contre le ménage est moyennement fait et la piscine et le jacuzzi un peu froid. Pour un 4 étoile c'est à améliorer.

Porte fenêtre sale et impossible à ouvrir sur le balcon Moquette pas propre Panne d’électricité de plus d’une heure et personne ne répond au téléphone. Les portes étant magnétiques, impossible de sortir demander des infos sans risquer de ne plus pouvoir rentrer.

Les : établissement très bien placé, avec VUE MER. Jacuzzi, piscine intérieur et extérieure. Front de mer à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Les - : Propreté laisse à désirer. Moustiques écrasés sur les murs, mastique apparent sur les murs près de la baie vitrée, poussière sur la tête de lit, moquette tachée, présence de sous-vêtements dans l'armoire à notre arrivée. Qualité ne valant pas du tout 4 Étoiles. Lampes murales branlantes, baie vitrée ne se ferme pas, interrupteur volets roulants non fixé ... Depuis les balcons, on a une VUE MER, ET, une vue sur les jardins non entretenus avec des chaises / tuyaux posés en vrac ... Conclusion : établissement bien placé pour des touristes souhaitant visiter St Raphaël car à 5-10 minutes du port et du marché nocturne. Néanmoins, mauvais rapport qualité / prix. L'hôtel se repose sur l'aspect VUE MER et en oublie le côté propreté/ qualité.

Chambre pas faite à notre arrivée donc retour à la réception pour changement Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et l’aspirateur n’a été passé que le dernier jour dans la chambre Il y avait du verre cassé sur la terrasse extérieure qui n’a jamais été ramassé Nous éviterons cet hôtel la prochaine fois !!!!

l'hôtel Brise de Mer a un personnel très accueillant et disponible, mais il y a un grand laissé aller sur l'entretient des bâtiments et de l'espace Spa, ce qui est très dommage car l'hôtel est très bien situé et très agréable.

Séjour de 3 jours 2 nuits au sein de cet hôtel ! L hôtel est tout de même agréable en revanche propreté en deçà des attentes ( des cheveux présents au sein du lit et dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée ) piscines et jacuzzi correctes / petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus … environnement autour de l hôtel très sympa ( port et plages à proximité )
