located in the marina. Great access in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Hotel is clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful. No parking at the hotel for free - pay outside which is very limited. Some free parking ( if you are lucky) in nearby roads Please note that men in France are not allowed in the swimming pool in swimming shorts they have to be tight swimming trunks! My husband was refused entry to the hotel pool by the hotel pool guard because he was wearing swimming shorts. Apparently its a rule in France that in communal pool areas you need for hygiene reasons (?) tight swimming trunks. Whilst the hotel were apologetic the pool isn't their pool but it belongs to the property company who manage the pool with an officious pool guard!

Due to the peak season and overbookings, we were denied to have access to the 3 rooms that were prepaid. No sister property was available either, according to the night manager, and we had to drive another 1,5h to reach some guaranteed beds to sleep in

Excellent location, nice room but shabby.
Good location and friendly staff offset by lack of organisation and haphazard service. Room spacious and nice balcony but no daily room service. Pool lacks any shade. Excellent beach and port access. General state of hotel was disappointing and better management and upkeep would have been welcome.

Expedia stole my money. I booked an experience (a boat trip to the red island) in Saint Raphael that they know is out of business and haven’t given a refund. With this hotel, Expedia promised a lot and the hotel is so so. For almost $200 a night it was a motel quality. Disappointed.

Good but definitely not a 4 star value
Well located, next to Port-Frejus. The room was comfortable, with a kettle available, unfortunately there was no complimentary tea and coffee offered. There was no hand soap in the bathroom next to the sink, we had to use the body wash which was within the shower, and that was not convenient. The pool was good but there were no umbrellas which made it a bit more difficult to enjoy. We did not try the breakfast because it was way too expensive.

It’s a beach front hotel on the west end of the French Riviera. While some of the French Riviera beaches have stony and pebble grounds, this hotel is located right in front of a sandy beach. My stay was during winter 2019 local weather was reached 16C degrees at times so it’s a can do with lighter jackets when the sun is out.

Great hotel, fantastic location
The location of the hotel is perfect, close to restaurants and bars on Port Frejus and access to a sandy beach at the rear of the hotel. There is a spa, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. There is an on-site restaurant and bar. My room was spacious with a separate toilet and a bathroom which essentially a wet room. There weren’t any other English guests as far as I was aware at the time I stayed but everyone was friendly and very helpful. A fair number of the guests were more advanced in years than me (on spa breaks) but that made the place feel more relaxing than if it was full of screaming kids or noisy teenagers. The Port and beach have plenty of younger people. I really enjoyed my stay.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel very close to the beach, the port with restaurants, and the historical town of Frejus and St Raphael which are both a walk of approximately 20-30 minutes.

pleasant stay
The hotels location is excellent right on the beach they have a pool but is monitored by the pool police who will not let you in unless you are wearing proper swim trunks for the men swim shorts not allowed, be aware of this . Other than this the hotel is clean comfortable and all staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful .l would happily stay here again but pack swim trunks for my husband .

Very good value hotel and brilliantly located in Frejus. Just don't use the beach club alba immediately behind the hotel. Possibly the rudest staff(nothing to do with the hotel) I have ever come across.

Staff pleasant but not very efficient
Staff helpful but couldn't advise us as to how to get back to Nice airport whilst there was a rail strike on, except by suggesting a taxi which would've been in the region of €120. In the end we found out by accident from a local restauranteur who told us there was a regular shuttle bus which started at St. Raphael bus station and after a couple of stops, including Frejus (but not very near to our hotel) went to Nice airport, terminal 1 and 2. The cost of which was €20 each.

Great hotel, great location, ridiculous pool rules
Great hotel, great location. Stupid pool rules; tight shorts only (for health reasons!), no flip flops in pool area, goggle only no masks (what's the difference except the nose being covered is you don't use a snorkel?). This is because the pool is shared with the 2 timeshares and not the hotels, they need to renegotiate the conditions, maybe it's meant to keep the hotel users to a minimum

Great for people wanting the beach and the pool !
Disappointing! Facilities in room & bathroom need up grading. Coffee/Tea limited to 2 people, no extra coffee available. Bathroom should offer better products than 'Body wash/Shampoo/Conditioner' all in one product. One bottle of water only on arrival - used bottles could be replaced. Unfortunately standard of hotel has declined since my last visit.

Could be so much better as has lovely setting
We chose it as my mum is disabled and it is very wheelchair friendly. The location is great but the decor needs updating as is tired and sad. Staff are friendly but they are short staffed and they work hard. The terrace by the restaurant could be lovely, as could the restaurant , but they are like dead zones, no staff and no character.

Great hotel unreasonable rules!
Perfect setting and location with great beach. Only problem being all males cannot gain entry to hotel pool unless wearing tight Lycra bathers which our group had to go out and purchase and very uncomfortable for 68 year olds! Also no footwear can be worn and no food or drink poolside! Security guard on patrol! No warning of this on website. Seems ironic that pets allowed in hotel and on one occasion a dog had messed on the carpet in the hall outside our room!!

Great location.
Stayed three nights. Room not ready on arrival. Several people waiting. We had a harbour view which was lovely. Room was comfortable and clean. Perhaps new towels would be an idea as a little on the thin side!! Nice pool but a little overcrowded and hard to get sunbeds. However just through the coded gate we were on the lovely beach. Great little beach restaurant/bar right on doorstep. Only ate breakfast in hotel. Adequate buffet and efficient staff. Very pleasant to walk around the port area.

Nice location but awful customer service follow up
The hotel is well located for the marina and restaurants. Important to ask where to park as very limited at/outside the hotel. My biggest issue is the fact that on check in, as with most hotels, they put a block on your credit card (100 Euros). The receptionist confirmed at check in that my card would be unblocked at check out. This did not happen and after 3 e mails to the hotel (not even the courtesy of a reply) over a week after I checked out my card was still blocked. Totally unacceptable base case and not to even get a reply to my e mails says a lot about their customer service

Stayed here for five nights on a family holiday in the south of france. The hotel was fantastic and we will be going back again next year. The hotel is situated in a great marina location and theres lots to do in the area. Its also thirty minutes from st tropez and about fourty minutes from cannes so a really good place to base yourself if you want to explore the area. the staff were really friendly and spoke great english. Only downside and very minor was that breakfast was a little pricey at 18 euro per head for a continental spread but we found a great little place around the corner that did omlettes to set us up for the day.

Brilliant hotel in fantastic location
Brilliant from the second we turned up with our wide car. They gave us an extra wide parking space. Staff exceeded our expectations. Hotel was really good and in a great location. We did not eat there, but the staff recommended fantastic restaurants in the marina which is a stones throw away. Really good value for money, bang on.

Hotel is located right at Port Frejus, which is convenient if you plan to go to St. Tropez, Vence, Nice, St Maxime etc. in itself, it probably isn't the best location. Parking isn't the most convenient - there is a parking lot 10 mins away, but you need to remove your car by 730am (as you can't pay for the day's parking before 830am). There's another free parking lot about 5 to 7 minutes away, but it's very difficult to find parking there. Restaurants in the neighbourhood are just average, perhaps a bit overpriced for what you get.

We went for a weekend getaway. Very nice, right on the beach. Parking, while convenient, is a little cramped, and difficult to navigate at first.

Great location in between the marina and the beach
The main entrance is on the marina, which has loads of restaurants and bars for eating, so its great for finding somewhere to eat each evening. Behind the hotel there is a small private garden with palm trees and a swimming pool with sun loungers around it. . There is a gate through that to a great beach with palm trees on it, café, sun-loungers to hire if you want them and life guards.

Good hotel close to beach and many shops, restaurants and bars around the port. Good breakfast and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Standard rooms were adequate and clean but not luxurious. Bar was a nice place to relax. Didnt sample the in house restaurant because there were so many others within short walk.

Perfect for small kids, but room had a smell
Loved the hotel in general... it was great with a baby. Pool, service, beach, and location were all excellent. Our room had bad smell, but we were only there for a couple nights and didn't have the energy to move with the baby. My mother's room did not smell bad. Even so, we would recommend it and would return.

Fab short Break
Having read mixed reviews of this hotel, I was a little unsure of what to expect, but was really pleased we chose it. The location next to the Port was great for walking out and eating in the evening, with lots going on. Nice beach, adequate pool. Breakfast was included with a good selection. Beds were comfy, room was clean and spacious for two of us. Had no problems communicating with the reception staff who all spoke good English. We didn't use the hotel parking which wasn't a problem as there were 2 free car parks a short walk away which were fine. We chose this hotel for it's location for exploring the area as we drove there, and it was perfect for this as it was a very pleasant easy drive to St Tropez & Cannes. The only thing I could fault was the air conditioning in the room wasn't great, but that certainly wouldn't stop me using the hotel again and should we be in the area again I would most certainly stay here.

Great for couples.
Hotel is superb and excellently positioned. The only negative is that there are no English channels whatsoever. Usually there are a few news channels but not here. The beds were also two twins that were joined together. Hence the rating of 4 instead of 5.

Relaxing Break
Stayed 5 nights in May 13 and found it very relaxing. Marina view room had been freshly decorated and grounds and pool area kept well. Good walking along beach and park from the hotel and good restaurants available across the marina (5-10 min walk) - though quiete in early part of the week as out of season. Staff were good and the breakfast (included in our price was fine). The only thing that is likely to disturb your relaxed mood is the car park - avoid if you can!

Good value hotel with nice location, but ageing
We stayed here for two nights. The hotel has a good location by the port and beach in the town of Frejus, halfway between St Tropez and Cannes. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the hotel is ageing and you can notice this if you look at the paint and some facilities. Overall though, we were very happy.

Nice if you like the beach and the pool
Lovely hotel in a beach or pool-holiday setting. Perfect for families or couples wanting to spend a relaxing time. The hotel offers spa treatments and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The town of Frejus is a 10-15 minutes bus-ride away and St Raphael about the same. This will set you back One Euro 10 centimes. There are plenty of eating places a short stroll away in the port area. There isn't that much else to see or do , but it's a very pleasant hotel.

The hotel was lovely, room was very clean and comfortable, comparable to 3/4 star chain hotels in the UK. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite and spoke very good English. It's worth paying for B&B as the buffet breakfast includes hot food as well as the usual continental, although at busier times there may be a short wait for this to be cooked! The port is beautiful with restaurants and bars and the beach is adjacent to the hotel. The hotel and area come highly recommended

Close to restaurants which out-perform hotel restaurant. Immediately adjacent to marina area for interest, and to beach, if hotel pool is not to your liking. "Base nature" parking, only 5 minute walk away is preferable to hotel underground facilities for anything bigger than a mini. Hotel supply slip to place on windscreen so no fee is payable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Quiet location near the sea, but no hotel beach - a pool only. Rooms are clean, but the layout and furniture are a bit odd, look like a 3-star hotel. Breakfast is great. The SPA center might be nice, but we haven't tried it. Funny, the stuff does not speak English.
