Nous avons adoré le service, le coin charmant et la tranquillité. Rien à dire de négatif sauf qu’on était déçu qu’il n’y avait plus de court de tennis (tel qu’indiqué sur le site ou nous avons fait notre réservation). Merci encore 😊

The mattress is very soft. There’s not enough hooks for hanging clothes in the washroom. We like the food inside the hotel.

We went last year and had a great time. This year was not as great. Outside construction made parking very difficult. The two outdoor jacuzzis were not working so we were limited to the one indoor jacuzzi - which was always in use. Rules for the indoor pool were not enforced. Kids jumping in the pool and being very loud made it hard to relax. Also, the 20 person limit is not enforced. However, room cleaning was excellent and timely.

Spent a great weekend here. Pool and hot tub areas were clean, restaurant on site was delicious and huge portions. Staff at front desk very kind and helpful. Went skiing at belle neige 5 mins down the road.

It was okay. Had a lot to offer for amenities: restaurant, spa, pool, etc. The hot tub honestly didn’t look enticing so we didn’t bother (low water and not clear). Restaurant (menus not in English) was quite busy and had to wait but the food itself tasted great. We knew room was only $140. However, super close in proximity to Chantecler Resort. Thanks

The parking is very limited this winter. With an overflow lot being a good walk away. The hotel room was a really good size and had a wood-burning fireplace (which you need to call someone to use). The indoor pool was warm and bigger than many other hotels. The pool deck has nice lounge options. The restaurant is average but the convenience makes up for it because there are not any other options close by. I’d go back in the winter.

Bathroom, not so clean, closet door broken, hanging clothes difficult. Not enough parking for all the clients causing people to park in snowbanks. We can’t comment on the pool or spa, as we did not use those. Salle de Bain pas très propre, la porte de garde robe était coincé ce qui complique l’accès aux cintres. Il n’y avait pas assez de places de stationnement pour les clients, les gens ce stationné dans les banc de neiges le long de l’accès au stationnement. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine, donc on ne peut donner d’avis.

The lady at the front desk looked annoyed that we had book through this site. She was cold and unwelcoming. We went there for the pool and the hottub. Both outdoor hottub was out of service, altough they adviticed it as fonctionnal. Our room was situated beside de front desk. We could hear the staff talking ans coocking there meal. Very dispointing.

Needs major update but if you are not picky it does the job . We went for the pool and spa and the chlorine in the pool was so strong we could not handle it . In the indoor jacuzzi it was burning our eyes just from the Vapor .

Hôtel bien situé à l'extérieur de Sainte Adèle Tres calme, parfait pour se reposer. Gros bémol pour le spa où les gens ne respectent pas les règles : bébé en couches dans jacuzzi, enfants qui hurlent, personnes qui confondent le jacuzzi avec un endroit pour réunir sa famille et avoir de longues et bruyantes conversations. J'aurais aimé profiter un peu de l'espace pour le repos... Gros plus, le restaurant sur place. Les serveurs sont adorables, efficaces. La cuisine est bonne et les prix sont raisonnables. Bravo à l'équipe
