It was OK

Pros: It was a comfortable place to stay.
Cons: Train the staff better especially in the restaurant. The waiter did not know the specials or the house wine.
Location: It was fairly close to the Aquarium.
It was an OK hotel. The room was comfortable although you could hear too much of the hallway traffic. There were a lot of bus travelers staying there and they were loud.

Awful Service

I am sorry but I had never got a service like this before and with such a beautiful place the service should be better. Called to let them know about late arrival and waited for long periods and then it would be picked up and hanged up tried to called for almost 40 mins. At check in there was only one person and we were 4 or 5 guests arriving, after waiting 20 mins a lady was doing my checkin and I told her it was through Expedia and paid but she still took my credit card as policy but charged me again then she heard phone and took a look at number and started talking while she finished double charging me. I guess that's why the phone was busy before. Had to wait at check out for them to reverse charges. Bread and cereal is really not a complimentary breakfast.

Pros: - not noisy - clean - close to down town
At ou arrival our room was very hot. We told the desk clerk before going for diner. At ou return the room was still very hot. The telephon did not work = had to go to front office. At one point we were told it would not be looked after before one hour. It was already 11 p.m. I went to see il I could open the window and notice that heat was blowing out of the heater. Whent back to desk and told them. They searched for the breaker to close heat system. Took a lot of time. Could not fix air conditionning that night. Had an awful night. We were 3 adults could not have 3 coffees only 2. Always had to ask for extra coffe cup and towels. Never had towels in the pool area. Very poor planing. If you have a pool you should always have towels.

Nice hotel with great location

Pros: Location and ease of access.
Location: Just a few minutes from Université Laval and the city of Québec and a few seconds from the highway.
It took a very long time to check in but it was due to a computer glitch and the personnel handled it very professionally.

Nice hotel close to Highway

Pros: We appreciate very much our room, it was large, quiet, very clean, and very confortable
Cons: the breakfast
Very easy to find and join from highway. City busline is across the street and was recommanded by the staff because we were staying during summer festival of Quebec City. The only thing that we didnot appreciate was the beakfast that was included in our stay. Just fruit, juice, coffee, yogourt and toast. No egg, no cheese, no bacon or ham.

The room had a light switch in the shower! Also a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom...

great hotel

Super clean. Great staff. Breakfast was great- and free! only complaint was that there were two tour buses and the pool was always full.
