I remember very well your phone call, indicating the available of a Superior sea view room for an early check in. I am very sorry if you forgot about it but having 8 different roomtypes, I am used to be careful on the different roomtypes proposed. If I refer to hotels.com website and records, it appears that the difference between the room initially booked and the Superior room on sea view is actually 15 € on the 23rd of October 2020, Flexible rate including breakfast for your room was 139.00 €, Flexible rate including breakfast for the Superior room on sea view was 154.00 €... I am so sorry if I did seem rude, I could not speak much but I respect your feeling. Regarding being unhelpful, I am limited on answering a non possible request. As indicated on all our supports, it is correct that our restaurant is open for breakfasts and diners only, we are never open for lunch, as indicated on hotels.com webpages. That night the French government annouced the curfew to come, most of our guests misunderstood and we had to manage much more guests in our restaurant than initially booked. I am very sorry if the service did seem too slow for you. By chance, 2 of our waiters do speak perfect english. I am very sorry if your stay has been so unpleasant, and I am pleased to read that you have enjoyed the sea view.
