Nice hotel, staff are helpful and friendly

Great location, good service and nice staff. Subway is just a minute away. Easy access from and to airport by airport limousine. There are two Family Mart beside and opposite the hotel. Many eating place nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Nagoya. Highly recommended.

Location: good location , subway just a minute away , airport limousine in front of the hotel.
Nice hotel with helpful staff. Very clean and nice room with japans style. Airport limousine bus in front of the hotel Don't forget to apply for Hilton honour for your benefit. such as free wifi

Conveniently located, easy access from airport, free shuttle to central places. Good hospitality, warmly greeted, helpful staff at conceirge. Like the coffee maker.

Nice hotel-insufficient lounge seating

All excellent except Xmas display caused insufficient seating in lounge area. Only seats were next to draughty door opening

NOT for non-smokers

Excellent location and excellent staff Superb room design and setting on executive floor HOWEVER, was given a "non-smoking room on a smoking floor" despite my reservation for a non-smoking one, and you can imagine how the room was filled with cigarette smell and that could be very irritating for a non-smoking person. So despite everything good, such single disappointment ruined it all. Buffet breakfast on executive floor was really average only. Will NOT stay at the same hotel again given such price and experience. Really sorry about that.

Poor house keeping service. 3 persons to stay for 3 nights but have to ask for the 3rd set of towels and toiletry every night

Excellent stay

Pros: Location, convenience
Had an excellent 4 nights stay at the Hilton Nagoya. The location is great with the airport shuttle going straight the the location. It is also very convenient to head to the Sakae where most of the shopping happens. Staff are friendly and was treated warmly especially by Tommy-san who brought us to Nagoya castle and back. This is my first trip to Japan and I can't wait to come back for more!

The best customer service experience

The hotel staffs are all friendly and amazing. They offer beyond average positive attitude with professional manners. The service is very fast and always happy to assist all the customers with big smile. My first visit in Nagoya was definitely the best experience and surely coming back for more to stay at Hilton!
