Absolutely wonderful!
A beautiful hotel, conveniently located in the historic district & walkable to all the main sights. Professional & friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet and great amenities. Salamanca is truly beautiful & the Grand Hotel Don Gregorio made our stay even more wonderful 👍👍

It is beautiful structure and tastefully decorated. The facilities in the room are great. It was disappointing the restaurant was closed the two days we were there. The breakfast was expensive but lacked quality.

We had a very large room (3.1) on the top floor with a private elevator up there. It had a couch and chairs with a coffee table. The bathroom had a separate jacuzzi tub, wonderful shower, and toilet/bidet room. The only complaint was how dark the lighting in the bathroom was. Their restaurant Ment by Oscar Calleja (one Michelin star) was amazing. We selected the short menu and the wine pairing. We wished we had been hungrier so we could choose the long menu! We liked it so well we had the Mexican themed breakfast one day. We had a recommendation for a great modern tapas bar called Bambu which we would recommend. We also had a fun cocktail bar experience at the Niebla Cocktail Bar.

Great service and helpful staff. The suite included a sauna, hot tub, and incredible shower. Salamanca is a wonderful city to visit and the hotel made it even better.

The restaurant was a disapointment. We came from a long day and we wanted to eat a normal meal. They gave us such a small portions that was hardly a bite, with the meat with was like half inch by 4 inches long the salad was like 3/8" by 2 1/2' long. we paid 140 Euros and had to leave the hotel at 9:30 at night to find another restaurant because we were still hungry.

A restful stop in Salamanca
This was my second stay in this hotel. I returned because the level of comfort in the room is excellent . Large room, good sound proofing, well equipped bathroom with bubble bath tub and shower. Good amenities, coffee machine, fridge and above all, an excellent bed with quality sheets and pillows!

Wonderful hotel in the center of town. The hotel staff were excellent and always willing to support. Salamanca is a beautiful place to visit and definitely recommend staying at the hotel. Just make sure you book a parking spot ahead of time if your planning to drive

Staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant is amazing. The presentation of the dishes and the combination of different ingredients is superbly done!! One of the best restaurants I have ever visited.

I love this hotel. Perfect location. The tasting menu at The Ment was to due for. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And the welcome glass of champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. Perfect way to relax from travel and start the weekend.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The service was absolutely amazing. My ONE complaint would be that we wanted to sit at the bar with a nice coffee, but it was capsule coffee (for €3!). I expect that in the room but expect something a bit nicer in the bar for that price. Also a very non eco friendly option :) We went to the spa, which was fun and relaxing! I loved it because you booked the area for just yourself and your partner so you don’t have to share. Great for when I was snoring in a lounger :)

Short but excellent stay. Tub is wonderful and the king bed very comfortable. Concierge 24/7 and is very helpful. Location is good.
