The hotel was excellent. We were greeted by pleasant and attentive staff. The bedrooms were large with efficient air conditioning and were spotlessly clean. It was located in a quiet avenue with a metro station very close by with easy access to all the central areas.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but we had a little problem with the door lock sticking which meant we had to change rooms during our stay. The plug sockets for the lamps were a bit dodgy too. The staff dealt with these problems very swiftly and smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and the location was ideal, just outside the centre of the city and close to a metro station and buses.

stayed in this hotel for a night only. The staff was very friendly, and the room was surprisingly big. The bathroom was very nice.
The breakfast was really good. There is a fitness centre in the hotel, and a nice patio with waterfall.

"Nice hotel close to shopping centres, Metro, buses"
It is a nice hotel but not sure if it's a 4 star or more like a 3 star. There was a safe in the room but was locked, the receptionist promised us to get someone to unlock it but nobody turned up. The fridge was empty which was a good thing as we could put food and water in it without being charged.
The disappointing thing is that there is no bar in the hotel and the restaurant which we didn't see was only for breakfast.
Apart for the first two girls on reception when we arrived, the rest of the staff were nice and helpful.

A metro station on Lisbon’s yellow and red lines, the busy Saldanha business district surrounds a central square honoring its namesake Duke of Saldanha, a distinguished military leader. The Atrium Saldanha and Dolce Vita Monumental shopping malls attract locals on their lunch hour. The nearby classic Café Versailles, open since 1922, tempts passing visitors with a variety of scrumptious pastries.
