Customer service overall was adequate. We enjoyed the breakfast, and staff is friendly, but the refrigerator in room does not work, and there is no ventilation at ALL in the restroom.

Proximity to the outlets was great. Unfortunately the windows are not noise proof and the traffic noise on I-5 kept us awake much of the night
