Our tub drained really slowly and I could see the cleaner that was used on the base of the toilet. Which I’m glad they cleaned just would’ve appreciated if they had gotten it all.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was nice and clean but the bed was noisy, every time I took a turn it woke me up. Room 217 first bed. The area round the property felt unsafe. Homeless people were walking around but if you are inside the hotel your fine.

Felt a little unsafe with the homeless across the street, they seemed pretty “active” one guy kept dumping his stuff on the ground & then cleaning it up, did it about 3 times. Not too far from that guy, another guy was running around with his pants around his ankles. Kept having to peak out & check on my car, wasn’t really fearful of them taking anything but more damaging something. Breakfast tho was pretty good in the morning & rooms were comfortable.

The facility itself was wodnerful. The staff was great. The breakfast however was minimal compared to other comfort inns i have stayed at. They had the same options each day. There was plenty of food. There was no hot sauce, ketcup, peanut butter or nutella for the eggs and toast tgough.

First off let me say the staff are amazing. Nothing but complements to the people working there. But that said the problem I had were the door locks. The doors didn't close properly. The 1st room had the door loose and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my stuff there since I had personal electronics. The front desk attendant was very kind and booked me in another room. Unfortunately that door also had issues but not as bad as the original room. I had to make sure the door was closed all the way when I left. Other than that it was clean.

Clean room, comfortable, excellent service, simple checkout. Breakfast had decent variety. Traffic noise from nearby freeway noticeable, but heater hum drowned most of it out. Overall a quite satisfactory experience.

Good for overnight stay
Stayed in this hotel earlier in the week and used it again on the return trip. Was originally scheduled to stay in the same room used earlier but clerk moved us into another room when I expressed we had an issue with the scheduled room. New room didn’t have any issues and served us well for the overnight stay. Hotel is conveniently located, relatively cheap and good for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long term stay if you plan to spend much time in your room.

Really good overnight stay
The management is doing a good jog keeping a somewhat dated facility in good shape and providing needed amenities. We had the accessible unit (which I needed) and it served us quite well. They offer a nice breakfast that included sausage, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage and biscuits, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, tea. I often find the scrambled eggs at Choice motels less than appetizing, but theses were prepared properly and were tasty. It would be good for them to have more than one handicapped parking spot. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was an unusual set up with them having both Comfort Inn and Rhodeway Inn operating together. This wasn't a problem for us. The Rhodeway units were in a separate section, had smaller rooms, didn't offer an accessible room. and were less expensive. They shared the same breakfast area and offerings as the Comfort Inn guests. As best as I could tell, if having a smaller room isn't important, taking a Rhodeway room might be a better choice for saving money,

Excellent friendly staff. We accidentally left a bag in our room and they were kind enough to call us and hold it for us until we came back to pick it up. Hotel was exactly what you would expect for a comfort Inn.

The night auditor had a meltdown and yelled at me! He screamed at me for 5 minutes that after 15 years working there he was sick of hearing complaints! Was extremely rude !

Breakfast boredom!
Everything was wonderful...except the breakfast...please provide more variety. I saw powdered eggs every day...add cheese...potatoes...switch it up...bacon and sausage...not just the same thing over and over...coffee was very weak...watery...service and cook were super nice though. Give them more to work with. Waffles were awesome!
