Had an emergency and the hotel was not accommodating at all around canceling our reservation. They wanted to charge pretty much the price of the room as a penalty. I understand there being a fee but the price of the room is excessive. The food was not edible. Even the fresh fruit was bad. The beds were awful and made loud clanking noises every time you moved. The parking lot is not easy to maneuver in or find parking.

Polite staff greet you when you first ealk in. Immediate check in took less than 5 minutes, and i had my key.
Parking is a bit tight, would be the biggest complaint.

It was a nice room. The only thing that bothered me was the shower, it kept slipping down the shower bar.

After we settled in our room we noticed a lot of dirty hair and dust all over the floor. It was getting on our bed with our socks and the pillows/mattress are so cheap and uncomfortable. Called front office to ask if someone can please come sweep and clean the floors and the check in person said she was the only one here. Expensive for one night only for the room to be dirty and bed/ pillows be so uncomfortable we barely got any sleep here it was so noisy at night people being loud on top of our body aching from the uncomfortable pillows and cheap mattress that is super noisy when you move. What a waste of money. Very disappointed.

I did not stay at the property! When my flight arrived I was told the hotel was overbooked so I had to find another place to stay. Very frustrating! I was there for my nephew’s memorial service and this certainly did not improve my mood.

The staff was good. Our room was clean. The hotel seemed dated. The paint was chipped, there was a whole in the bathroom wall that had not been painted. We went to the pool, no towels. This stay was not as good as we usually find at La Quinta.

The other guests were disrespectful and were loud running down the halls and yelling at a late hour as well as 5 am people yelling outside.
And all night we were hearing someones extremely loud tv, we had our 10 month The old that kept getting woken up by other loud guests. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

Their heater was broken in 20 degree weather with freezing rain. Despite paying a substantial amount for one night they could not accommodate for safe weather conditions.

Although I Am not picky about beds, the bed and linens made all 4 of us in 2 rooms to make us so sweaty that we had a very hard time sleeping. The refrigerator was so noisy we had to turn it off.
