It was being renovated and did not tell Expedia.

Pros: NIce staff
Cons: communication
We need a pool. No pool as it was being renovated and under big construction. Expedia had no knowledge. Better if they had closed the hotel, as it was MAJOR construction going on. Perhaps later it will be very nice.

Red Lion Stay

Pros: Dogs allowed
Cons: TV did not work or the controller did not work
Location: Everything needed close by & easy find off freeway.
Dogs allowed - super super great. Hotel under construction - no so great. Had to get a knew card key each day - not so great. Can take breakfast in a togo box - cool. Microwave & refrig & clean

2nd guest refused to stay there

The hotel was under construction. 1) we couldn’t find it because there is no name outside 2) there was no carpet and plastic on the windows. I had purchased 2 rooms. 2nd guest refused to stay, I loss money because Expedia did not advise me the hotel was under construction That’s the 2nd time I’ve loss money. This was a horrible experience

Very nice hotel in a convenient location.

Pros: Super nice staff, excellent convenient restaurant, great comfortable rooms.
Location: Location is perfect.
First off, the hotel front staff were super friendly and wanted to make sure we had anything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. (It was) I had never stayed at a Red Lion before and I'm disappointed because I have missed out on a great hotel. The rooms were just perfect, Clean, super comfy beds and down pillows. Plenty of fresh towels and the in room coffee is the K-Cup. They have a great restaurant and we had both dinner and breakfast! The food was very good and would have no problem eating there again. Very Tasty! You should give them a try and hopefully you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Construction

Hotel was under construction and I was not notified of that at booking. In addition the bathroom was not clean. When housekeeping came they did not make the bed and just laid clean towels on the unmade bed.

IT was nice

Over all it was great. Rooms clean and the staff really friendly. The conditions of the room was good but they are under construction at the time. So I’m sure that they will be updating them soon. This is the second time we stayed at a Red Lion Hotel. We would stay here again!

CONSTRUCTION????

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Tell people about their construction! Ask their staff to move out of the way from customers! Put exhaust fans in the bathrooms!! Lousy shower nozzle
I drive up to the hotel, and there is scaffolding all across the front - the drive-through is blocked off, and construction materials everywhere. Hmmm... So I walk into the lobby, dodging large construction vehicles bombing around, and there are JACK HAMMERS blasting away just feet away. I literally had to have the clerk repeat herself several times, as I couldn't hear her. I'm thinking - should they not have mentioned this during the room reservation process? I definitely would have considered another hotel if they had. Also, at 8am I was trying to get from my cramped room to the kitchen (OMG - fake eggs?? Really??) and was literally stumbling over cleaners and their vacuums, supply carts, etc. MOVE people!!!! Honestly, I think I should get a refund. I WILL NOT stay there again.

This place sucks

When I made the reservations I was looking for a hotel that had free breakfast and a swimming pool for the kids. Upon making the reservation, it never said they were in the middle of renovating the hotel. So the kids did not get to swim and when we went down for breakfast they said we had to pay $9 even though on the website it said free breakfast. Needless to say we did not eat breakfast there.
