Not up to Red Lion standards.

The internet was down all night and the hotel staff cannot help with the internet. You have to call their support line. The support line is very difficult to deal with. No internet until 9am the following day. The quality of the TV reception through their satellite connection was horrible. The restaurant was terrible and the service was worse. The hotel was fully booked, but one of the elevators was out of service the entire 4 days. The rooms were kept ok, but the common areas in the hotel are not. The walls and ceiling are paper thin and the staff have started admitting guests with dogs. I had a yapping dog a few rooms away, and the front desk staff were indifferent to the noise problem.
