Convenient location for WU parents.

Pros: The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and respectful.
Cons: Needs updating and repainting.
My husband (who is wheelchair bound) and I checked in and found our room to be impossible to use with a wheelchair. The front desk clerk found us the perfect room (with some incredible maneuvering on his part) quickly. He was quite helpful throughout our stay with local information, helping with doors and luggage and generally just being polite.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Location: not far from the Mall
Anything I needed the staff was very helpful, even very late at night. they allow dogs which is great

We were not warned about the extra charge for our two small dogs!

Extremely disappointed in the mattress quality and room, definitely not worth the money and I will never stay there again. Disappointing for the Marriot name.

Lumpy pull out -

The room was fine, although the pull out sofa was VERY lumpy and uncomfortable, even for my kids. At over $200 a night for this room, I would have expected more. The area is convenient to the freeway, but other than that, not the nicest area. There was only one staff working the breakfast, and everything was running out, it was very hard for her to keep up. On weekend mornings, I would have 2 people working breakfast area.

We generally do have 2 Breakfast Attendants working on weekends as it is much busier. Someone must've been out due to illness or something of that nature. This hotel is not bad however, it needs to disclose that the rooms are within the hotel, and are not setup like condo's like many of the other residence inns.

The first generation Residence Inn's do have more of a condo feel, whereas all generations since have the rooms located within the hotel. Location is very convenient to I-5 and many restaurants. Suites are spacious but furniture needs to be updated, especially the bed which was too soft and starting to sag.

Everything was great except the mattress needs to be replaced. It was completely worn out.
