“Staff was friendly.”

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“Breakfast was amazing: eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and Gravey, ect. Didn't care for the pancake maker...I would go back to the waffle maker. Pancake were flat and kinda nasty. The terrible part: Rented an ADA room for 4 days. The shower was set up so that water was literally flowing out shower to the room hall headed for the door to the hotel hall. I had to get more towels just to mop up water. The shower needs a lip on the shower to keep water in. The shower head was a spray one but……

“I love that the room was very clean. Room was very comfortable with the air conditioner already on. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The pool area was awesome. Only thing me and my family didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. The kitchen was very full of supplies. I will stay at this hotel again just hoping for better breakfast.”

“What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful.”
