Excellent location for sight seeing, coach & train stations only a short walk away. This city centre apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, aircon, large bed, large bathroom, unique compact kitchen area,electric black-out blinds for the windows.Best of all a wonderful breakfast delivered to your room when you want it. Unbeatable for the price.

The hotel was okey. Clean but the bathroom.is not clean specially the shower room. Breakfast is included and cristina was very helpful and very nice. The bed is hard. But it was very close to everything..

Comfortable accommodation near the historic centre
Kind and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room, 850 meters walk from the train station and in the heart of the historic centre of Lecce. Great restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast included. We appreciated the fresh fruit and warm pasticiotto. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Lecce on the fly
A little hard to find. We paid to park in front of the castle. Free from 10 till 9:00 am. Excellent location right on the main square near the Roman amphitheater. Our host was great and allowed us to store our luggage after we had checked out while we did our walking tour. Breakfast room was crowded but food was ok. Great retro lift between floors.

Mamma Sisi is an okay place to stay. No fuss but also nothing to really complain about. The breakfast wasn't the best. AC in the room works so all good.

Honestly fantastic !
This B&B was honestly so cute and comfortable. It was a very good size, very clean, comfortable bed and amazing customer service and hospitals. Breakfast is a typically Italian continental choices. The bathroom always had hot water and was actually the biggest bathroom I’ve seen at a B&B in itsly. Amazing location, highly recommended!

Nice quiet place close to everything .
Right in the heart of everything and I love the old fashion elevator . There was a problem at check in but the staff did everything possible to rectify the situation which resulted in a pleasant stay .

After the initial upset at having to be in separate buildings because of a plumbing problem that had occurred immediately before our arrival, that disappointment was overcome by the graciousness of attendants Raffaela and Michela. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sylvia.

Parking a nightmare, but a great little find
The B&B was basic but had everything we needed. Nothing luxurious, just great value for money. Fantastic location in the heart of Lecce but beware that parking is a nightmare. The hotel offers free parking lanyards to display on your dashboard,but finding a suitable parking space is incredibly difficult. Also be aware that the hotel will charge you 'tourist tax' when you check out which is 2EUR per person per night.

A gem in Lecce!!
On arrival we were shown to a lovely spacious and clean room and they let us check in before the official check in time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection and they serve the best tea I have ever had in Italy!! The location of the b&b is fantastic as it is in the historic centre, as Lecce is a popular city, this property is in the hub of everything! The cost was very reasonable considering the location. Would definitely return to MammaSisi. We had a great stay, thanks.

Great location for my three night stay in Lecce. Easy walking distance to all major sights. Lots of good restaurant choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Did have some minor construction work begin at 7am sharp on two of the mornings. But I wasn't in Lecce to sleep and didn't diminish my overall stay. Would stay there again.

Our stay here was disappointing on a few fronts. The room we were allocated was much darker and dingier than portrayed on the website. Although we did see into a couple of other rooms (yellow tones) that appeared nicer. The area was central but fairly dirty and although we were given a car park authorisation by the B&B we still got a parking ticket as staff neglected to point out the (unmarked) disabled spot in front of the entrance. Not the fault of the hotel, but we were kept awake by a vomiting guest in the next room as well.

This will be my first choice the next time I'm in Lecce. The staff were so very friendly and helpful, answering all of our many questions about restaurants, train station, etc. I can't brag about them enough. The room itself was excellent, including the comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and a small kitchenette was included in the room. It had everything you would need to cook with. The bedroom had plenty of outlets, two chairs and a large closet perfect for storing big suitcases. Basically our 'room' was more of a suite/small apartment. The location is excellent and near several busses if needed. It is right at the centro storico, so there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc within convenient walking distance. We walked everywhere after we arrived. The wifi worked great the entire time and the included breakfast was a great way to start the day. Warmer options such as scrambled eggs are available for a small fee, but croissants, fruit, juice and coffee were already included. I won't need to look anywhere else when going to Lecce, because I already know I will want to stay at MammaSisi!

The manager came to meet me in the square when I got lost on arrival. Parked for free outside of the door. Smack in the centre of the city - location could not be better. Room, facilities and breakfast are great for the price. Reccomended and will return.

Nice apartment-style room in Lecce
We ended up in Lecce by accident, but enjoyed our time at this B&B. It was a bit hard to find, but if you follow the address, then go in the door up 3 flights of stairs you will see a door labeled Mamma SiSi B&B. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. Our only issue was the rotten garbage smell coming from the entryway room, where the small mini fridge is located. We found no rotten food or trash, but the smell was pretty bad. Thankfully there was a door that we could close to separate the bedroom from this entryway room. Breakfast in the morning was great and our host was very engaging.

Great b&b. Right on piazza sant'oronzo, Staff very friendly. Great breakfast, Italian style. They will make espresso for you as opposed to having one big carafe of coffee. Also walking distance to train station. Great value for the price.

lovely , really , had a very relaxing time there, can t get any noisy as only 9 rooms, having stayed in two different I can tell, they are all as well maintain and perfectly cleaned one to the other. the receptionist speak English witch is not very common in that part of Italy , well done to the family running the Hotel as if it was one I would rate 4 star easy, no pool or restaurant of course but a highly recommended spot in monopoli and got it for only 50euro night thru hotel.com

Couldn't be more convenient for seeing all the sites. The rooms were delightfully done and extremely clean. Breakfast was fresh and beautifully laid out and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

El alojamiento está bien situado pero le hace falta una reforma urgente. El lavabo tenía moho y las toallas eran tan viejas que estaban raídas. Se agradecería tener agua embotellada dentro, como en otros B&B del mismo precio. La atención correcta.

Nicht zum empfehlen!
Sauberkeit unter aller würde, überall staubig und dreckig. Der Klo war am Boden dreckig und habe selbst sauber gemacht. Nach sauberen Handtüchern habe nachfragen müssen und nach Toilettenpapier auch. Die Zimmer wurde auch nur zweimal geputzt und zwar nur ein wenig den Boden, mehr nicht! Also, das Haus würde ich leider keiner empfehlen, liegt zwar sehr zentral und das war sehr schön, aber den Rest, möchte ich ganz schnell vergessen. Bin dahin gewesen, weil ich schon mal 2019 da war, aber damals ist am wenigsten sauber gewesen und habe nichts zum beanstanden gehabt.

Al centro di Lecce
Non posso attribuire un voto alto perchè la struttura non è nuova e presenta delle carenze, ma è anche vero che il prezzo non è alto e quindi alla fine direi che siamo su un voto di piena sufficienza. Lati positivi: vicinanza dal centro, anzi in piena isola pedonale, quindi parcheggi solo nelle aree limitrofe e a pagamento. Per il resto, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione minimale (cappuccino, cornetto o pasticciotto, marmellata e fette biscottate). Per il resto arredamento datato e aria condizionata, almeno per il periodo di mezza stagione, non disponibile. Invece nota molto negativa e non lo sapevo, gli asciugamani vengono cambiati solo dopo tre pernotti, per me pura follia, ma comunque la signora della reception è stata disponibile a cambiarmi almeno i teli da doccia (una volta perchè ne aveva due disponibili). Quindi dai, se volete stare al centro di Lecce, magari senza auto al seguito e con prezzi molto bassi, allora il B&B Mammasisi fa al caso vostro! Il personale comunque è gentilissimo.

L’unica nota positiva è la vicinanza al centro. Per il resto evitate di soggiornare da Mammasisi. Appartamenti fatiscenti, sporchi e nel nostro caso anche con l’aria condizionata rotta. Non fatevi condizionare dalle recensioni positive, perché ne rimarrete molto delusi o come nel mio caso anche con una notte insonne per il caldo infernale a causa della mancanza di aria condizionata. Mamma NO NO sarebbe il nome più adatto
