Tremendous staff!
All staff, especially Fredrika at the desk were excellent. They make the hotel extra special. The breakfast was good also. We rented a room with a balcony. It rained and the balcony flooded because the downspout from the roof emptied right into our balcony leaving two inches of water for a day and 1/2. We could not use our balcony that we paid for.

Wonderful place, great staff & location
Wonderful small boutique hotel with an amazing caring, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee drinks. Premium linens and bedding. Very comfortable. Frederica was wonderful and also set up a beach club visit for us along with restaurant recommendations. AC worked great. WiFi worked great. Highly recommend this modern feeling and fully updated property.

Perfect location in Gallipoli. Quiet, clean and lovely rooms. Very helpful staff. Would definately stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone.

Made us feel valued guests
Straight pluses. Good position near to bridge to historic centre which is a nice easy stroll. Big plus, as centre is ZTL, is that there are 5/6 dedicated parking places outside & rest of this quiet street has free parking. Easy walk to station (although so few trains & only 1 destination, probably not much benefit!). Hotel has buzz-in 24hr manned reception. Had sea view room with little balcony with table /chairs (don't be put off by small railway sidings between hotel and water, they are disused and you can see port, marina and across bay with lots of boats). Room was well fitted and had good a/c. Wifi good. Only small minus for us was the bed was on hard side. Good that extras are reasonable ie breakfast (not incl in our special rate) was good for €5 . Solarium with loungers on roof if you want to fry But biggest plus is the staff, all extremely friendly and cheerful and almost everyone with excellent English. They made us feel really valued as a guests. One tip: hotel gives 10% discount cards for some restaurants/bars. You need to Tripadvisor one of these. Can recommend Spingula for lovely setting for sundowners/mixed fish carpaccio.

absolutely recommendable
good location as to avoiding city traffic jams and parking trouble. VERY helpful and sweet staff In summer it must be perfect with extensive sundeck on top with seaview.

When I made reservation I had booked twin beds because nothing else was available But there twin beds were half of what a "normal" twin I didn't sleep At all. Staff was very helpful particularly the front desk person who was there when I checked out. Spoke fluent English, Spanish & Italian

Very nice one night stay. Very helpful English speaking receptionist. Great pizza specialist around the corner. Equidistant from the historic centre and the more modern shops and bars. Good value and you won't go wrong with this place. Gallipoli is very picturesque. Matera is a good destination after here.

handy for parking
we picked this hotel because we could park easily and walk into the old town. they gave us a parking permit and we parked on the street right outside the hotel. I t was a lovely traditional hotel with views over the harbour.Our room had a mezzanine and was spacious and comfortable. Gallipoli is fabulous

Great location
Gallipoli is a beautiful spot, and this hotel was located well with parking available and only a short walk to everything. Staff were very helpful and recommended restaurants. Great value for money.

Fantastic hotel, good rates, great staff
The Hotel Bianco is absolutely fantastic. Lovely rooms, extremely clean hotel and exceptionally helpful staff. The position of the hotel whilst on a back street which at night seems a little quiet, it is actually in a fantastic position just out of the historical part of the town but everything is close enough to walk to. The rates were also great, breakfast was included albeit fairly standard but there is a beautiful view from breakfast out to sea. Overall Gallipoli is wonderful and staying here was perfect, I would recommend to all.

Great Hotel with a few conditions
This is a lovely hotel. The location was terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no lift so this would not be an appropriate hotel for elderly guests. The breakfast was not as good as some other 4 star hotels I have stayed this trip. There was no English television station like CNN or BBC.

Piccolo hotel praticamente in centro, molto tranquillo, almeno in questa stagione. Camera ben arredata,silenziosa e funzionale, pulizia eccellente e personale gentilissimo. Colazione con buoni prodotti salati e dolci. Bravi!

Excellente adresse, à recommander
Excellent séjour. Accueil chaleureux par Federica à la réception et tous les autres membres du personnel. Petit hôtel bien renové et comfortable. Attention, pas d'ascenseur pour les bagages. Très bien situé, proche de l'île de Gallipoli, mais au calme. On se gare dans la rue sans problème.

Albergo grazioso a due passi dal centro storico
Albergo accogliente e molto pulito. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Servizio bar impeccabile. Ottima la possibilità di prenotare servizio spiaggia con le navette dei vari lidi che ti prendono la mattina in hotel e ti ripostano a destinazione nel pomeriggio. Praticamente se uno vuole può dimenticarsi l'auto. E' a due passi dal centro storico.

A due passi dalla città vecchia, con possibilità di parcheggio riservato (noi l'abbiamo sempre trovato). Camere e bagni da modernizzare. Colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

Hotell ligger bra till men lite trist bakgata. Trevlig personal. Obs flera rum som har havsutsikt har bara ett fönster. Ta inte med för tungt bagage - det finns ingen hiss och det är många trappor upp till första våningen.

Hotel situato sulla parallela di corso Roma. Accogliente e bella vista sul porto. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort anche se la camera che ci hanno assegnato non era la migliore che avevano qualitativamente. Nel complesso hotel consigliato

Mkt bra hotell i Gallipoli
Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell som ligger precis på gränsen mellan "nya" och "gamla" Gallipoli (båda är värda ett besök). Vi fick ett toppenrum för familjen; ett stort rum med rejält loft där det var två bra sängar till barnen. Servicen var genomgående trevlig och alla pratade bra engelska. Jag skulle välja detta igenom jag åkte till Gallipoli.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima sia in relazione alla zona commerciale che per la zona storica. Non ha in realtà tutto il comfort che ci si aspetta da un quattro stelle; niente ascensore (più di due rampe di scale e i gradini sono abbastanza alti);niente hall o luoghi comuni; per il parcheggio ci vuole un po' di fortuna; la camera assegnata affaccia in un vano interno ed è piuttosto angusta. La colazione buona ma, soprattutto, con una bellissima vista mare che ci è mancata nella camera. Alla reception una persona molto accogliente. Nel complesso, dato il prezzo, il soggiorno di una notte si può definire accettabile. Il ristorante consigliato dall'hotel non si è rivelato all'altezza nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ideale per visitare Gallipoli
L'Hotel ha una posizione strategica : vicino alla stazione, centrale, ma in zona poco rumorosa. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Gallipoli vecchia è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall' hotel. Da non sottovalutare : ricco buffet colazione !

Convenient hotel
Small and nice hotel, suprisingly nice breakfast and at a short distance to the important places, but the nice view from the hotel to the sea, is across the railway and a narrow rather dirty street, so the picures lie about the access to the sea.
