Hotel was great and very clean, the only 2 things that let it down for me was, the bed was really, really hard, which i grant you is a personal taste but the other is parking..it says on Expedia that parking is available. However it is really limited and the car park is shared with another hotel. I dont think its 'patrolled' as its ANPR and you have register and pay inside the hotels but there are a hell of alot of vehicles parked outwith bays and it's horrendous to get out of the spaces as there are cars parked eveywhere, parked on corners and against walls and motorcycle spots. It really needs to by highlighted in the description that are limited spaces as i chose this hotle specifically because it said parking available.

Had to leave my room 4/5 different times from the 7th floor to get an extra duvet. Reception said they will sort, then after the 3rd time of coming down for the duvet, the receptionist was clocking off. Considering the price, overall terrible

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. No issues parking even though Man United were playing at home that afternoon. Got a space easily. Room was spotless, bed was comfy and it was really quiet through the night. We paid for breakfast and there was nothing wrong with it at all. Good selection of hot and cold food - same as most hotels. My only gripe was no milk and few tea bags. Four coffee pods came with the machine. To be fair though I could have asked for some but I just couldn’t be bothered to go downstairs as we were only there one night. Nearby is a shell garage with shop and Tesco. Tram into the city is across the road. We would use it again. All staff we met were lovely and friendly. Don’t be put off by some of the reviews.

Although the hotel was lovely and clean. The room was disappointing. We put 2 guests on booking but only got 1 bath towel had to request another. We booked a queen bed but was given two twin beds put together which made sleeping together difficult having to share one twin bed as the two bed would not stay together if this would have been advised to use we would have got a double room. Due to this it made our stay uncomfortable/unpleasant. Despite the bad the staff were lovely always greeted us in passing

I liked the library area upstairs with the games and books. The breakfast was great. The staff were wonderful especially Vanessa and.Ash. Very clean and spacious room. The only downside was the price for drinks in the bar and we could not use cash. It was card only.

I stayed for work and although the hotel was excellent in terms of staff, room and facilities, my experience was awful. The first room I was allocated was next to the lift shafts on the 8th floor. The noise kept me awake all night. It was like torture; I’d just nod off and then be woken again. The lift the ran constantly from 6:30am. The staff were brilliant and moved me to another room. However, this room was an adjoining room and the person next to me had the TV on loud until late, the TV in my room didn’t work and I also had no internet so had to hotspot my phone to work. The tap in the bathroom didn’t work properly. I was moved to an another room for my third evening at the hotel. This room was two rooms from the lift shaft and despite being assured that this room would be quiet, it was not and I was awake for hours during the night again. I will not be using this hotel again and certainly would not recommend it.

Lovely clean hotel, staff were extremely lovely and welcoming. No mirror in the hotel room (only bathroom) so made it hard to blow dry/curl or straighten hair. Two single beds pushed together with tiny pillows, room was very cold. If it wasn’t for the staff being amazing rate would be lower.

Great stay
Hotel was good value for the money and was a lovely stay. Comfy bed, quiet and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly! Parking wasn’t too bad either compared to some of the hotels in the city centre!

Sleepless night
Disabled alarm going off all night in the room next door. They tried to fix it but didn't manage to until about 7am. Result was a sleepless night and wasn't offered as much as a coffee when i complained.

Broken air vent
An airvent near the window was broken and the wind blew through it all night as we couldn't close it. We had to stuff toilet oaper into it to try and get some slerp.

The staff was super helpful and sweet. Love that they have a little bar/restaurant downstairs. Nice quiet area. I didn’t explore too much around because not much showed up on the maps around plus the weather wasn’t the greatest. Would certainly stay again. Good price. Beautiful hotel. The staff was very accommodating to me. I arrived about three hours early in chance they had a room ready as I had just left the airport. First the lady told me no I had to wait. No problem! I went to sit with me luggage and less than five minutes later the manager came up to me and asked if a certain room was okay. As that was the only room they had ready. I said that’s totally fine! I was so tired and felt dirty after a bit of traveling through two airports and jet lag. I just wanted to take a shower and nap. Ha. So they checked me in early. Wonderful customer service! Good conversation with the bartender! Good job guys!

We travelled from Birmingham for my 21st birthday. We were put in a room with 2 single beds when I booked for a queen bed. We were then asked for an extra £50 deposit ‘incase we break anything’ which I thought was strange considering they asked no one else for a deposit and as we left the woman was confused as to why this deposit was taken

Staff and cleanliness a bit of a let down
The hotel itself, and the breakfast, were both good, and overall our stay was nice. We were disappointed, however, with the staff in some instances (whether they were maybe just new - but checking in, taking payments, sorting parking, etc all seemed to take forever). We were also disappointed with the cleanliness. Granted it was a busy weekend with a football match on, but there were hairs left in the bathroom, toenail clippings on the bedroom floor, and the surfaces were dirty from previous occupants.

Great hotel let down by parking
Comfy bed and pillow options, black out curtains are amazing! Staff are friendly and overall a great stay. I appreciated the dog friendly room even though the price is steep at £25 per night. I wouldn't stay again however due to the parking - the car park is a small shared one and it's tight. People will block you into your space. It's expensive at £10 per day and you pay upfront without being guaranteed a space which is bad. There are other options nearby but not very safe.

Super convenient location. If you’re in town for a Manchester United game, it’s the spot to be. Hotel is up to date. Everything works without issue. Even the gym provides guest with free waters. Everything is walking distance. (Food, Tram, Stadium, Shopping)

Stayed at this hotel lots of times and always been 10/10 but slightly disappointed this visit, A/C in the room wouldnt switch off and had to get somone to c9me look after midnight, couldn't turn it off so we had to move rooms, my partner was already in bed so a little disappointed we had to be moved instead of it just being switched off, we wanted a night cap at the bar and hubby couldnt joint in as they dont sell bacardi or baileys, i have rasied my disappointment when checking out of the hotel as feedback for future, such a great hotel but just dropped the setvice level on this occasion.
