Very well kept for the price we paid! I loved that they had an option for 3 beds in a room versus our family having to get 2 rooms! Room 210 could use a vacuuming underneath the bed that appears it could fold up (when you have kids they check/lift those things) but otherwise the room was clean.

Great staff welcomed us and our dog. Cozy warm cabin with kitchenette, hot tub and breakfast off highway 50 was a good base for skiing and hiking. We loved the comfortable bed and couch and appreciated the gas fireplace.

Very cute. The room had nice sleep set up with 2 queens and a twin pullout bed. But the pullout was soooo uncomfortable. The springs were mostly broken and the mattress was a 3 inch foam. The in room temp controller didn’t work. It was so hot. But, it was affordable and clean!

Room felt dirty; the plates in the kitchenette had not been cleaned (visible grease and food residue) and the bathroom didn't have a working fan. There was condensation running down the walls after every shower. Floors were dirty. Very run down. We stay in Salida quite often and won't stay here again.

The room was very different than what’s presented online. The furniture, rug and vanity were old and ragged. Also was charged more than the amount on my confirmation. When I went back to contest the charges I was told that wasn’t uncommon. Eventually was told I would see a credit on my card for the overage but the experience didn’t sit well.

The pis of rooms were spot on they look just like what i walked into not like most hotels that put pics of there rooms and when you get in they look like dumps salida inn was super i would definitely stay again i did not like they put a hold on my credit card but 6 days later finally came off other than that loved the place bob l.

This hotel was so bad we almost left. The staff was super nice but our room was horrible. We would have left but there were no other rooms available. We didn’t even shower b/c the shower had hair in it. The lines were gross, the bed covers were dirty and the walls and carpet were as well. The staircase had no railing which was not safe. Location was fine. I did not expect fancy, but for $200 you should have a CLEAN room and a safe space. We didn’t sleep at all. I would rather have been in a tent.

Decent place to stay
This is a decent place to stay in Salida. Overall very clean, except the exhaust fan cover was filthy during my stay. I don’t touch that so it wasn’t a big deal to me. Bed was comfortable. Most of the places in this area are older or overpriced or both. This one seems to be one of the better values.
