"We cannot not be happier with our stay. Audrey and William are the friendliest of hosts with whom we shared laughs and stories. They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "I would have given it 5 star, the location was perfect, so close to the Sanctuary, the hotel is clean, food choices were good at the breakfast buffet, the only thing there was no staff at the front desk. It was 0600, and nobody at the front desk, what if we had an emergency, there were numbers to call from an instruction board but the phone was ringing in front of us. The person probably left the phone at the front desk. So no use calling it. Also upon checking in the lady at the front desk was mean and lazy. She seemed like doesn’t want to move at all from her chair, no smile to greet visitors, just mean look. We let it go, coz we were there to visit Mama Mary, and I don’t her to add to my sins. lol. But she shouldn’t be at the front desk if her attitude was like that."

"Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price."

"Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."
