"We had a lovely week in Chalet Mon Sousou. Every morning we took the bus to the ski gondel, very convenient in front of the chalet. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by neighbouring houses. Although the chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped, with 7 adults the house is a bit tight, but still cosy. "We can recommend staying at this lovely chalet. The instructions were useful (e.g. to bring snow chains for snowy Winter), the place has everything we needed and the skiing slope was just a very short walk from the chalet (you can ski right to the front door)."

"This was an excellent studio close to everything Sion has to offer. We stayed just for 1 night and it was the perfect place for us. Very clean and nice, had everything we needed. Loved the location, close to so many restaurants and shops and you can even see part of the castle out the window! "Great enjoyable experience in this beautifully designed new hotel. We truly loved the hospitality they offer. After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. The baths were the most amazing we have ever experienced. In today’s digital world full of self-service, we greatly appreciated this personal touch. After several days of hiking, it was the perfect place to feel comfortable and relaxed. This hotel is definitely on our short list to return to!"

"The positives are straightforward: excellent location, parking, rooms are modern and fresh, and a pool area that is new. Breakfast is no better than what you would expect in a decent 3-star hotel. Lunch consists of a static menu of 6–7 dishes that does not change. Dinner is buffet-style with “ok” food quality — all far from what this hotel price point suggests. For us, the most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of allergies and intolerances. We gave advance notice before booking. The kitchen was unwilling to prepare something as simple as a fried egg or omelet adapted to my son’s needs. That is not a complex request. It is basic hospitality. Our complaint was noted, but nothing changed."
