The property did not match the pictures that were shown on the website, I had bullet holes on my window and side of the wall, and when asked for a refund they told me to call the next day because they weren’t handling that at the moment due to someone not being there.

The property is under renovation. And it seems they are using the renovation as an excuse for the horrible conditions. There appear to be several rooms that have completed the renovation process. These rooms are NOT occupied, instead the rooms are empty with the curtains open so you can get a good view of what is not being used. Instead the rooms that are offered are smelly, poorly maintained, holes in walls,and ceilings with a bonus of roaches as well. And Yes, we left. Even after telling the man in the office of the conditions in the room, no refund was available because it was after the free cancellation period. We found a safe, sanitary and secure place to stay and feel like we were lucky not to have been unable to afford to relocate and stuck in a unsafe, unsecured, and most definitely unsanitary room.

Great location - close to where I needed to be. Very clean, shower was hot (A great thing!!!), bed was comfortable. Did have a couple water beatles & very small spiders - but as it just turned cold, I think the small critters came in due to the weather.

I understood why there was a no refund policy for this hotel. It is definitely not the hotel they show online... 3/4 of the rooms are under construction and the ones that are available are disgusting and my room wreaked of Marijuana. A guy that wanted to befriend me in the loby (a homeless resident at the hotel) asked me for money as I was leaving the hotel loby. I was traveling alone so I felt compelled to give him some money because the last thing I wanted was to come back to my room to a pissed off neighbor (his room was under mine). Not a comfortable situation at all. I was looking forward to a hot shower and a comfortable evening. Now Im nervous and stuck here because of false advertising for this hotel.... I paid $111... do yourself a big favor and avoid this hotel.

Kind of a ramshackle place. No bedside tables or lamps, broken furniture, wobbly desk missing drawer and looked like someone took a dump on the only chair. Bathroom very clean but only 2 tiny towels and 1,000 watt bulb. The images shown look nothing like my room. It was utterly pitiful.

At first glance the place looks abandoned. Traveled 12hrs so i got out because i already made the reservation and no vacancies near by. Lady at the front desk was pleasant. Driving to our room was like driving through the remnants of a hurricane. People were walking around the facility not sure if they actually were guests but just seemed sketchy. Small roaches running across the floors and walls. I counted like 10. Housekeeping and Custodial Staff were very helpful getting us towels since the ones in our room had stains not sure of what. Slept, showered, and left as quick as we could. I want my money back. :/
