Would have expected much more in the way of quality, comfort and experience for the price per room, particularly compared with the prices of other equivalent brand hotel chains.
Not a great location either. The hotel staff was very pleasant and nice.

Thank you for writing about your recent experience at the Country Inn & Suites BY Carlson located in Salisbury, MD. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. I have looked into your concerns regarding not being informed about the
two night minimum stay. However, the reservation was not booked directly through the Carlson Brand. We reflect that it was booked through Expedia.com. On the other hand, that does not excuse the issues that you encountered regarding cleanliness. I have reviewed over your concerns with the housekeeping team so that we can improve for each guest. Our hotel team takes pride in the work and hospitality that we provide. Each GUEST becomes part of our family when making a reservation. Our hotel had the privilege of being the host hotel for a beautiful wedding. I apologize if in the excitement of each family member seeing one another was bothersome.
