Not bad, but there's better.

My stay was not bad but the are better hotels at cheaper rates. The staff was friendly but many of them were new and didn't know the hotel's policies. There's no complementary breakfast. They have a bistro from which you can buy sandwiches and breakfast items. My mini shampoo was half way full and the conditioner was nearly empty and all dried up as if they did not replace them after the previous guest. They did not offer complimentary water. They had water for sell at $3 a bottle to which even the staff laughed at when I asked how much the bottle was.

Great Stay

I did a one night stay and it was great - clean room, amenities, and quiet. The only negative would be the A/C somewhat noisey which is typical of most hotels other than that I enjoyed my stay and would do it again!

Not the hotels fault, but Expedia

Expedia asked if I wanted a smoking room. I did. However, the hotel did not have any. Why would Expedia ask if they did not exist. Expedia showed a bar, however this hotel did not have one. it was hard to entertain at the non existent bar. Had to drive out to find one, client was not thrilled. I would recommend the hotel, but I would tell them what their amenities were Correctly!!

forget the pool

overall this is a great hotel, but the deal killer for us is THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. our kids love to splash around after a long day of vacation activities. But the pool is so cold its unusable. If I had know this in advance we would have stayed somewhere else.

Overall Hotel staff accommodating and room newly decorated and clean. . Indoor pool small. Don't bother with hotel breakfast. Slow service and not very good. Many better breakfast options close by.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable. Great night's sleep after a long drive. Booked online and paid extra for breakfast only to be told that there was no free breakfast and certainly not at the price I had booked. After showing my confirmation I was given a free breakfast pass.

Convenient Stop

The hotel worked very well for us...we were on a long drive and needed to spend the night in that area. Just fyi...the restaurant is limited and does not serve alcohol. The restaurant choices in the area were plentiful but not to the standards we prefer. We found Cactus Taverna which did meet our standards.
