Very nice hotel

Pros: Large rooms, very clean
Cons: The mattress was too soft..but that's just my personal preference
Location: Many restaurants and shopping nearby
This was my second stay at this hotel. It's within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

This was a really nice hotel that is close enough to Salisbury University. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room were very clean and new. The hotel is conveniently located near many places to eat and shop.

Near restaurants, no free breakfast!

Pros: The room was clean and modern-looking.
Cons: Offer a one speed free wifi. Offer free breakfast.
Location: There's an Outback right next door with Take Out! There's an amazing Wawa across the street - best sandwich I've ever had!
The hotel was nice, it's near lots of amenities. But it bugs me when there is a "pay to upgrade" wifi signal and a pay breakfast. I already paid a fair amount for a room, don't nickel-and-dime me on little things that should complimentary! I'm going to avoid Courtyards if this is their policy.

Nice Enough

The bed was comfortable. The room still had carpet, which many hotels have fazed out, but we had no trouble. The hotel staff was nice but very stressed out in the morning. Our hallway smelled like cigarette smoke at times, but the room was okay. Salisbury itself is the land of plaza-styled malls, and this hotel sits next to Talbots and Chicos, rather than next to building supply box stores or a noisy hospital.

Perfect experience!

I came here for a spelling bee for my child, the school was very close to this location as well as restaurants, we had Outback Steakhouse in the same parking lot. From my window I could see Target in case I needed anything and shopping everywhere as well. A few miles away is a small zoo with no charge perfect for children. Inside the hotel is a cafe with excellent breakfast options, the rooms were very clean, the gym was very clean, and the staff here was the most courteous I ever experienced at any courtyard ( in Maryland and New Jersey). The assistant GM was so pleasant and I never met Rayna but her service over the phone was great! The cafe staff in the morning was courteous, just overall a perfect experience! And so clean!! Everyone smiles here it's wonderful!

Good not great.

I usually love Courtyard, but this visit was a little off. The pool was down (waiting on a part), but that's ok. I usually stay for the comfy mattresses, but it felt different this time. I don't know. Might be me. No USB plugs in the room which is commonplace now in all hotel rooms. The Wifi was a little slow. All nit picky things, but this hotel is over $100, so they should have everything nice and tight.

Great upgrades..bed was amazing!

Relaxing stay from start to finish. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed at every corner. The room was perfect and had everything I needed from coffee to wifi. The bed was the best and I loved the futuristic sofa too! I will be returning as soon as possible.

Loved it ! Very peaceful I like staying here Bc I enjoy it being close to all the places u go but it's very peaceful and I live the room decor
