Won't stay here again

Check-in was very slow. Only 1 desk clerk was on duty Fri evening - university graduation weekend - and several guests were waiting in line when we arrived. Clerk could have been more pleasant and informative. Room was average but clean, and sofa needed repair. Clerk had not explained breakfast at check-in, so Sat morning we had to inquire about and retrieve the meal ticket that was included with our online price. Even asking the cafe staff, it was still confusing. We waited an hour just to receive breakfast sandwiches that the lone counter clerk forgot to make amidst the frustration from being short-staffed and lengthening customer line. Bottled juice was outdated. Cafe service was unacceptable and prices were too high - other guests were complaining as well. It was extremely cold in the cafe. Ceiling leak dripped in the lobby. Did not see any complimentary coffee/tea provided in the hotel or free refills in cafe. Parking was tight as hotel is located next to restaurant and shopping strip. Luckily the stay was for only 1 night. Won't recommend this hotel and won't stay here again.
