Overall, the hotel is quite nice. However, service is seriously lacking, especially when checking in. We had to have the linens change on the bed right away, which they took care of quickly, and the small refrigerator didn’t work and had to be replaced as well. Not such a big deal, but a little bit of a nuisance nonetheless. And one more thing, I travel with my dog and there’s always a slight fee for that which I expect. But here they charge an additional $50 nonrefundable fee. Seriously excessive, a complete rip off! My dog is cleaner than most people!
