An OK hotel with Horrible Breakfast

In general, the hotel was OK, room was clean, check in&out easy and front desk was helpful and nice. My really bad experience was with the breakfast. I stayed two nights and for both mornings I had bad breakfast experience. The first morning, when arriving there was no food. People were standing and waiting but nothing was happening. When someone called the kitchen lady, she came out and yelled COOKING mam. Aside from the eggs and other things that she was COOKING, there was no bagels, no cream cheese, no yogurt, no juice and no coffee. I wen to the front desk to complain, the front desk girl said only two person in the kitchen nothing we can do. Next day, even worth, nothing was there even 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast. I sat at a table to watch if anything will come out from the kitchen, nothing. I also asked for coffee and the lady went in to bring it and never came back out. So, I had to go out for breakfast. For the money I paid, I could have stayed somewhere else and got better experience with no yelling!!!
Management should understand that during busy seasons, customers expect the same level of services otherwise, they won't return again. The two kitchen ladies were not able to support the kitchen during the labor day weekend and customers were standing around surprised from the behavior and attitude. I already started telling my friends not to go to this place.
