Needs help here and there

Pros: The guy who checked me in, was The best in fix my problem at check in. It appeared new carpet, lobby and hall ways.
Cons: Breakfast food, when asked if the had a tray to carry to my room I was told no they don't have any. 15 mins later I see a guest with a tray.
Location: Very nice location
I a few problems at check in, key cards would not work. Had keys made 3 times. One day the power went out while working on laptop. Management claim it was a area problem.

An OK hotel with Horrible Breakfast

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Breakfast and kitchen employees were rude and did not know how to deal with customers. If you can offer them training, that may help.
In general, the hotel was OK, room was clean, check in&out easy and front desk was helpful and nice. My really bad experience was with the breakfast. I stayed two nights and for both mornings I had bad breakfast experience. The first morning, when arriving there was no food. People were standing and waiting but nothing was happening. When someone called the kitchen lady, she came out and yelled COOKING mam. Aside from the eggs and other things that she was COOKING, there was no bagels, no cream cheese, no yogurt, no juice and no coffee. I wen to the front desk to complain, the front desk girl said only two person in the kitchen nothing we can do. Next day, even worth, nothing was there even 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast. I sat at a table to watch if anything will come out from the kitchen, nothing. I also asked for coffee and the lady went in to bring it and never came back out. So, I had to go out for breakfast. For the money I paid, I could have stayed somewhere else and got better experience with no yelling!!! Management should understand that during busy seasons, customers expect the same level of services otherwise, they won't return again. The two kitchen ladies were not able to support the kitchen during the labor day weekend and customers were standing around surprised from the behavior and attitude. I already started telling my friends not to go to this place.

Nice long stay hotel

Pros: Convenient location, room was nice and well-maintained. Nice and quiet location but near main roads.
Cons: Pool could have been more well-maintained. Maybe more chemicals???
Location: Location was right near main highways. Shopping mall 1 block away. Many places to dine and shop very close to hotel.
Hotel was very nice. In-room kitchen was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Hot tub and pool were virtually unused during our stay so we had them to ourselves which was nice.

Pros: Clean, good price, and on par with expectations.
Cons: Use real plates/utensils rather than Styrofoam for breakfast. The food was great, but the cheap feeling took away from it.
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Stayed for 4 nights with dog. Great area to take dog outside and felt safe walking even late at night.

Great employee attitude, good breakfast, (didn't eat evening meal), comfortable beds, nice room. Ants in bathroom and not cleaned under bathroom counter.

Pros: The location not far from Salisbury university
Cons: The breakfast
Location: Walmart and restaurants
Breakfast wasn't that great the the room was spacious the full kitchen was nice.

Beautiful pet-friendly accommodations

This was my first experience at a Marriott Residence Inn as well as taking a trip with a dog. It's wonderful to be able to take your dog to a really nice hotel. The available amenities are great for any kind of travel. I didn't try the pool, but it looked very inviting. The hot breakfast buffet offered an entire restaurant's fare, including many items suitable for lunch or a healthy snack. Fresh orange juice. Staff extremely nice and friendly. One of the most positive hotel experiences I've had.

Nice hotel, perfect for family weekend at SU.

Cons: The wifi.
The hotel has all the conveniences you would want in a residence type hotel. The suite was clean and comfortable. The only issues we had was with the wifi. It isn't very strong. I could barely use my tablet. There is ethernet, so that was good for my daughter's laptop. The free breakfast is really nice too.

Nice but needs some work

Cons: Update the bathroom
Location: Close to Salisbury restaurants
The hotel is nice overall. My bathroom needs some work. The shower had areas were the caulk was missing and mold was starting to take place. They allow dogs in rooms. The noise can be a problem as well as smell The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was average but full
