Decent Hotel for downtown area.

Not the best, but not the worst. Cheap fpr the area. Very little parking if the hotel is full. Beds not very comfy

Very serviceable hotel

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: It met our needs
Cons: -
Location: Not walking distance to Temple Square, unfortunately.
It was hard to find with all the one-way streets in SLC, and not all that well marked. The King bed was nice and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. We had hoped to be a little closer to Temple Square, but the ads are never very detailed on hotel locations, are they. Couldn't really find any fault with the room or the service. Breakfast was so-so, but it got us on our way.

Nice Hotel near most everything.

Posted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: The breakfast, social hour, and size of rooms.
Cons: The rooms themselves need updating.
Location: Located close to most everything downtown.
The rooms were nice sized, although a little dated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially due to the breakfast and social hour in the evening. Thank you for a fun time.

Great Location

Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Great location
Cons: needed updating
The hotel location is excellent if you are visiting the DT area of /Salt Lake City. Just five long blocks to the city center or a quick free tram ride at the station just two blocks away. The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly, but the hotel itself could do with some upgrading. The rooms were adequate, beds and linens reasonable. Fair value.

Wonderful bed but other aspects lacking

Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Very good bed.
Cons: Staff the breakfast area better so it can be kept cleaner during serving hours.
Location: Around the corner is the courthouse trolley stop which is free to the city center and the City Creek Mall, a very lovely area with many amenities.
I was disappointed in the breakfast area, which seemed understaffed and had sticky floors. However, I must add that the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was large and clean.

Good spot

Posted May 31, 2015 on Hotels
Breakfast was good. We had a good sleep and the hotel was located in a great area so we were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner, giving us a nice break from driving. On arrival they sent us to a room that hadn't been housecleaning yet.

Nice hotel for the value.

Posted May 23, 2015
Pros: The breakfast and the quiet.
Cons: Bathroom condition.
Location: Close to Starbucks. Close to UTA Trax.
This hotel offers a very nice complimentary breakfast each morning, along with a social hour in the evenings offering beverages and appetizers. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet. The location is decent and there is a Starbucks right across the street in the Sheraton! It is somewhat close to the UTA Trax (light rail). Overall, I would stay here again. The only thing I was not impressed with was the condition of the bathroom. There are large chunks of paint peeling off the walls and ceiling, due to so much moisture over time. It seems like this would be an easy maintenance fix!

Nice hotel, horrible parking

Posted May 23, 2015 on Hotels
This is a really nice hotel. The comforters on the bed are extremely think, and do the job well. The parking is extremely horrible. We were traveling with a trailer, and it was really hard to traverse it.
