Cons: The staff wasn't ample, never answered the phones!!!!!!
Location: Went shopping and was near the drs. office
The only thing was the noise of a pump running after 12:30 pm. We were on the 3rd floor, and the noise was directly below us!!! We turned the air off and o[ened up the windows, and they need to clean better, mold on the window sills, and dust behind the headboard.

Value Hotel

Value hotel and it shows. Great front desk staff and very accommodating. Lobby floor needed cleaning. Carpets in common areas need steaming or replacing. The cleanser smell throughout the hotel is way too strong and pungent. Not sure my bed sheets were replaced prior to my stay.

Thank you for your comments I assure you that we have cleaned the hallway carpets this week. We replaced the lobby floor with tile about 2 months ago and we are battling the finish. We are looking into how to finish this as we speak. I love all comments because they help us to grow. Thank you

The hotel staff was very pleasant. Even though check in time was 3 pm I was able to check in earlier. The room was clean

Needed upkeep

It was just a room. Beds and rooms were small. Small plastic tub and the pool was ice cold.

I hope that your stay was good. I am sorry about the pool. We just remodels and we are still trying to get things perfect. I am not sure what bed type you had but we only have queens and kings. Thank you for your comments.

Just there for the night

Pros: The price was right and it was close to where I was headed the next day. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Breakfast. Some of it was not too appetizing. I was going to have oatmeal but it was runny. I prefer my yogurt in individual servings.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean. When I mentioned that instead of two guests it was just me I was upgraded to a king suite which was nice. I would definitely stay here again. I accidentally left my iPad in my room and received a phone call within 30 minutes letting me know. I greatly appreciated their honesty.

Nice hotel. No control of guest children playing

Pros: Good location. Overall cleanliness.
Cons: More supervision of unruly guest children.
Location: Near stores and the interstate. Some good restaurants.
The hotel was in good condition. The room was clean. Other guest children running in the hallways, sitting in the middle of the hallways and tying up the elevator.

I am so sorry about the children. This was a church group that was here and they come once a year. We tried what we could to keep them under control but I guess that we failed at some point. Pros: Well kept and clean facility inside and out.
Cons: Breakfast facilities on second floor an inconvenience for those that are mobility handicapped.
Location: Great jumping off point for all of the tourist attractions one would want to see.
Staff were most accommodating for our special handicap accessible needs.

Pros: the area it was in
Cons: making sure all doors work for the those staying there and the wifi free
The price was right, I just wished the person at the desk would of checked to see if the room was done so we could of checked in a little earlier than 3 had to be at a wedding at 4. I have never had a problem with other hotels letting me check in early. I would stay again if it was the only one I could get into. The door key was also very hard to unlock the door other than that it was ok for a last minute to make a reservation at a good deal..

GROSS!

I arrived in my room, pulled back the covers and found 2 pieces of hair, I went downstairs and let the front desk know they needed to have housekeeping change my sheets out. I went back to my room after my meeting only to find there was still hair on my sheets. The front desk seemed mortified when I told him but no corrective action was taken. The toilet rocked, there were stains on the chairs, and overall the hotel felt dirty. The staff, with the exception of the breakfast buffet staff, were unfriendly and there is definitely not any pride in keeping the hotel clean. The laundry room was filthy with dust and debris, yet, the housekeeping staff made no effort to tidy it up. I would not stay here again, especially at the rate of $99 per night.

I am so sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with your room. I talked to the head housekeeper and she assured me that she personally changed the sheets. I am wondering if she missed some hairs on the bed pad. I also talked to her about the guest laundry. The only thing that I can think of is that someone had just finished their laundry and we did not get up there to check the room. I am sorry that you believe that our hotel is dirty. I assure you we work very hard to make sure that the hotel stays clean.
