The property was great. Our check-in wasn’t the best, the desk clerk wasn’t friendly. We love Crystal Inn and stay there all the time and usually have no complaints. But this stay wasn’t our favorite. Otherwise I totally recommend Crystal Inn!

Front desk employees were rude, seemed irritated to have to check me in. Didn’t mention any information as to check out times, pool times, breakfast etc. definitely unimpressed

Great airport hotel with free shuttle and they pay for an Uber if you have an early flight. Breakfast was perfect. Super convenient places to eat. Dated facility but great experience.

It’s not a bad place to stay. It was easy to find and the parking was great as we were travelling with an RV. There were restaurants close by and just a couple miles away. The rooms were nicely appointed and appeared recently updated, which was nice. (Not a fan of the bar soap.). The in room coffee was not great and we had to ask for it as only one decaf pod was provided. The linens and towels and pillows were very nice and white. The breakfast was ho-hum. Real half and half cream would be a great addition for the coffee drinkers in the breakfast room. We could hear the guests in the rooms above and beside us, so sound proofing can’t be great, and fortunately for us there were no rowdy guests that stayed up late. :-).

The rooms are pretty big. It's nice when you actually have space to move around the beds. The pool was fun. Hot tub was just warm, not really hot. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many good options for breakfast and the staff worked non-stop to keep the dining area clean and well stocked.

Clean and convenient to the Maverick Center. It's a great place to stay when you have something there. I was in bed before most people were out of the parking lot. I will stay here when I have an event.

Our family of 5 stayed for 1 night. The ad says the room sleeps 5 with 2 queens and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Called the front desk and was told we could pay $20 for a cot or sleep on the tiny loveseat. Called expedia and all they could do was give me 25 points, which I accepted, so i went a bought an air mattress. Asked front desk for bedding, they only had 1 old pillow and blanket. Oh, and our VIP perk of “1 complimentary beverage per person” was 1 bottle of water for our family of 5 to share. We slept well, and breakfast was surprisingly good.

Shawn, Thank you for your comments and feedback. I am sorry that your stay was not what was expected. Your reservation was reserved as a room with two queen size beds. These rooms do not have a sofa sleeper and it does specify it is a sofa only on Expedia's website and your reservation confirmation. Our property does not have rooms with two queen size beds and a sofa sleeper. I apologize if you misunderstood the description but it is my understanding that the front desk did offer a rollaway bed to you and your family but you did decline. I will share your comments and feedback with the staff so we can make improvements for the future. We thank you for your business.

Large, clean rooms. Comfortable beds and hot buffet breakfast! We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Walking distance to The Maverik Center and dining.

This hotel was top notch. We had tickets to Journey at the Maverick center and this was right next door! We walked there within just a few min. The entire hotel was spotless and comfortable! We will stay there again for sure!

Check in was rough after 8 hours driving in a storm out of Wyoming on a Thursday night could of went better. The front desk charges fees for incidentals. I did not know that.

I like that it was centered around areas of interest and how great the property was maintained. Being right across from cracker barrel was a HUGE surprise. The Assistant Manager was the gal that checked me in and she was very welcoming.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but the bed cover was stained and soap was tossed on countertop. Looked like room was not finished. When mentioned at check out the attendant just said ‘that’s just the way it is’ ??? Great location for events!
