Initially, coming in, they stated they could not find my booking and had to pay in full again until I told them when I booked it, they conveniently found me. They charged us a $60 deposit on top. The room had a pair of woman's pants in the dresser and weed on the bathroom counter, that when I went down to address it, they simply stated "we will not charge you for that", and did not offer to go and deal with it. When we asked about early check out as our flight was early in the morning, they said we could leave the keycards in the room and we'll get our deposit back. We did not. We called and the man on the phone said he would talk to the owner and call us back, they did not. So, we went through expedia and the hotel claimed WE left the room in a bad condition and would not give us the deposit back! I try to support smaller franchises, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'd rather trust the security of a larger franchise.
