What I really liked was the gated parking area. What I didn't like was? There was always garbage overflowing in the garbage cans and all over the ground for a long time.

Do not stay here if you can avoid it!! This place is disgusting, there was trash every where. Overflowing in all of the outside garbage cans, all over the ground in the stairways as well. There were cockroaches in the room. The general state of the hotel is rundown and not taken care of. Many surfaces in the room were not cleaned or wiped down. Its a literal roach motel. Stay anywhere else if you can.

We ended up not even staying. It gave a horrible feeling as soon as we walked in the lobby. Holes punched all over. Didnt even try to get our money back. Do not suggest staying there ever. Would be better off staying in your vehicle in a wal mart parking lot!

Location was good for skiing. But the overall experience was not good. 1. Check In- I was ignored for 5 min. Person checking you in had his back to me and said nothing while I was trying to soak to him. I called in to get possible response stoll not. Finally he turned around and helped get me checked in. Poor Service. 2. Missing light bulbs. 3. No stopper in sink. 4. No blankets available. 5. We reserved room 4 persons. Only 2 towels. Went to desk and argued that we didn't need any more. Took 15 min to obtain 3 more towels. As there was nothing to put in the floor after shower. 6. Noisey 11:30pm-5am. Domestic Violence going on without resolve or police. Alcohol use with loud talking for hours.

It was okay there was graffiti on our lamps and didn’t seem as clean. We found a couple stains on our bedding. There was a door to the neighboring room that was paper thin we could hear everything going on next door. A lot of homeless people around the area and was worried my car would get broken into so i would go out every couple hours to check it. Our bedroom door had two locks and one of them wouldn’t even lock. We only got two towels and they were also paper thin. It was okay just a little scary staying the night there. Lots of issues in the room looked Diy instead of professionally done. Our curtains wouldn’t shut all the way and so the wrap around red lights at the top of the building would shine directly in our room. I read online that alot of people didn’t get their security deposits back. Heads up we paid cash for our security deposit and we thankfully got it back next day! SO PAY CASH!!! No food provided there is not a courtesy breakfast like it says online so be prepared for that they will ask you to go to a neighboring cafe! For the price it was alright but not a super great stay.

Average property. Rate is good but I had cockroaches in my room. Mine was on ground floor and roof is thin so getting quite a bit of noise from room above me. No iron in the room as well.

The property looks decent from the outside. The issue I noticed was that there were homelss individuals that were hanging out in the areas leading to the room I was given and made my wife feel a little uneasy and possible unsafe. The room I chose online was a king bed, but after I checked in and went to my room I discovered I was given a double queen bed room that was a smoking allowed room as well. I called the front desk and requested a change of room and they said they didn't have any rooms available, but later wittnessed them issuing rooms to other individuals throughout the night. The room was nothing near the description I seen online. The room smelled really badly from previous guests smoking in there. The bedding including the comforter and sheets on both beds had cigarette burn holes throughout the entire bedding. There was a small lotion bottle near the sink that was a free amenity from the motel for use, but noticed it had been previously opened and used which indicated to me that they don't check these items when cleaning rooms to ensure there are no cross contamination from other guests previous. I was worried that maybe the bedding had not been changed out as well, so I chose to sleep on top of the bedding. The room served the purpose for having somewhere to sleep over night to avoid driving 60 miles home in the late hours. It was an inexpensive room, but I feel I would have been better off spending a little more elswhere to get a more clean experience.

I love my room ,The staff is wonderful . The only things I can complain abiut is the room that bangs loud music all nigbt long next to me . I WORK 6 days a week and need my sleep . I lay in bed all night gossing and turning to loud bass .

Bugs roaches, flies, and something i didnt even recognize, cigarette burns everywhere, tub wouldn't drain while showering, dresser missing drawers and knobs and chunks of wood missing from it, mold on bathroom ceiling, one of the beds had brown stuff on the bedding and up the wall, stains all over the comforters and towels sink had stuff it. Walls have stuff all over them. Nastiest place ive ever stayed

Property seemed a bit sketchy, people randomly just hanging out in stairwells. Looked like people staying here are potentially transients. Room was fine for what it was. Tv remote was dirty, sheet had a hole in it from what appeared to be a cigarette burn.

Initially, coming in, they stated they could not find my booking and had to pay in full again until I told them when I booked it, they conveniently found me. They charged us a $60 deposit on top. The room had a pair of woman's pants in the dresser and weed on the bathroom counter, that when I went down to address it, they simply stated "we will not charge you for that", and did not offer to go and deal with it. When we asked about early check out as our flight was early in the morning, they said we could leave the keycards in the room and we'll get our deposit back. We did not. We called and the man on the phone said he would talk to the owner and call us back, they did not. So, we went through expedia and the hotel claimed WE left the room in a bad condition and would not give us the deposit back! I try to support smaller franchises, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'd rather trust the security of a larger franchise.
