I chose this property for the pool and restaurant, and I have stayed in every single hotel near the airport. Th service stands out, I was greeted by kind front desk employees who helped me find a quiet room (I have small children). The cookies were a “warm” welcome after a drive and it kept the kid occupied long enough. The pool was warm, quiet and very clean. We ordered room service and not only was I stunned by the menu, I was thrilled with what we received! I got the Lamb lollipops and it was an incredible meal. My kids meals were both beautiful, one got the sliders and the other a grilled cheese and fries. The food was all AMAZING! I cannot rave about our experience enough, even the shuttle driver was friendly and engaging. Will only stay here from now on with kids!

The airport shuttle driver was top notch. I can’t remember his name but he created the best experience for us. We had a flight delay and the lobby staff and shuttle driver helped us with plans for the day.

It was a typical airport Doubletree by Hilton on a street with many other airport hotels. Service was good and it seemed tidy, but the pillowcases smelled like feet, the central heating rumbled noisily at night, and accessing the wifi on my mobile phone was so unnecessarily complex that I gave up and just used my data

Stayed here before for the convenience. Decent hotel, has a great restaurant-bar with good food, but kids are not allowed, so we had to get takeout snd eat in the room. Has a hood breakfast buffet. Problem was that sink was clogged in bathroom. I wonder why this wasn’t noticed when room was cleaned.

We had chose this hotel for the indoor pool and bar. The indoor pool was closed the whole time. Each day they said it would be open the following day. The bartender chose to close early Saturday night while she still had other people in the bar with drinks and refused to serve us. The sign may say the bar is open till 12 but don’t count on it, the bartender makes her own hours.

Only problem I had was we called the front desk 3 times asking for coffee packets. We never received them so i had no coffee in the room the next morning.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom - it’s impossible to dry your hair when their is moisture throughout the bathroom. The plug to the hairdryer is short and the I my outlet is on the left in front of the toilet so there is no room ornextension to dry your hair. The shampoo and conditioner is cheap and minimal. Neither bottle stands up in the shower and there is one soap dish to lay them down. The conditioner bottle doesn’t dispense so it’s impossible to actually condition your hair.
