Poor A/C

It was cooler in the hallway than my room. A/C would not stay on even on "high cool". Due to a full hotel, we couldn't be moved. Due to it being an Expedia booking, there was nothing they could do to make up for my discomfort (I.e. Refund etc....). Chealsey at the front desk was really nice.

very clean, comfortable and above all - quiet!

Pros: great location, very quiet, comfortable beds.
Cons: didn't like having to ask for things needed, ie, coffee pot, toaster, etc...just assumed it would all be in the kitchen
Location: close to all shopping and freeway
pleasantly surprised - very reasonable price, so was expecting average, but it was better than average. A good value.

Could have gotten a better deal directly

So I overheard some customers staying for 6 days and paying less. The online print out said that a shuttle is available. No shuttle.

dirty sticky floors and unstocked kitchen utinsels

Pros: convenient location and price
Cons: cleanliness and condition of furniture.
Location: near mall and freeway.
not good. Staff too busy to be helpful and room was dirty and under stocked. Would not return - not enough help to address my concerns. Don't have any hope for improvements.

コスパの良い快適なホテル

Pros: ロケーションと部屋の広さ、シャワーの水量や清潔さと値段のコストパフォーマンスが良いこと。 タオル類が、ちょっとグレーなのは替えてもらえば良いことだし、ホテルスタッフの対応も???と思うことも コスパ考えればフレンドリーと取れば良いので快適さが気に入りました。
Cons: あまりにもねずみ色になったタオルは出さないほうが良いかも…。
Location: 歩いて行ける距離にそれなりに揃ってるので便利。
過去に何度か泊まり今回2階で上の足音、水道やトイレのバスルームの音がすごく煩かったのだが、 それ以外は、快適な時間を過ごしました。

Great location, historic hotel, Union Sq. best

Pros: Historic significance, close to everything.
Cons: Room is spotty, and mold smell a big problem. Amenities poor.
I loved the entrance to the hotel and it's historic significance. The staff was friendly, and service was good. However, there was no real explanation as to how to get to your floor at the elevator entrance. The bed was hard, although the linens were awesome. There was a moldy smell in the room, which was NOT okay for someone with allergies. The toiletries sucked...other than that, it is a must stay at least once in the City due to it's historic and magnificent hotel. The hotel is dead center in the middle of Union Square, and close to everything.

OK for the price

Pros: Nice big room.
Cons: Their white towels were not white.
Location: close to freeway. feels safe surrounded by other hotels
We checked in 6 rooms with 8 people and it took more than half an hour to check in.

Clean, basic hotel

Clean, basic hotel. Only good for a place to sleep...definitely no frills here. Although I was pleasantly surprised to have a kitchenette in my room. Not a hotel for families who want a little get away...no pool or fitness center.
