Nicer than expected.

Posted May 27, 2017
Nicer than the similar one in Midvale. The room didn't appear to need disinfection like the other.

Hooker motel?

Posted May 22, 2017
Cheap motel. They require every person staying in the room to provide ID in order to stay. As the primary guest, I assume I must give my ID and a cc BUT to make a copy of all my guest's driver's licenses?? I was told if they don't, they cannot stay or go into my room. Ummm okay. I imagine this is to scare away prostitutes and potential Johns as this motel/hotel is not in the best area. Very noisy in the halls, people partying in the middle of the night and a fire alarm beeping.

Inexpensive and convenient location

Posted May 21, 2017
First the good: Close to restaurants and mall shopping, not too far from the South Towne Expo Center Room was clean and has partial kitchen with sink/fridge/stove. Staff was helpful and nice. Price was right. Not so good: I didnt notice when I booked there is not a continental breakfast (probably because most people stay long term and the rooms have kitchens) This hotel was super noisey. There were people talking and knocking on doors at all hours of the night. It was like staying in an apartment complex. I would probably consider staying here for a like a week or more but for just 1 night, I was wishing I had picked one of the other 3 hotels I passed on the same street.

Definitely would not recommend

Posted May 15, 2017
First off, room/motel smelled like old cigarette smoke. Second, not fun to be able to hear everything going on at front desk day and night, even though the staff was very nice. Third, continental breakfast consisted of nothing more than coffee and pre packaged granola bars and muffins. Seriously the worst continental breakfast layout I've ever seen. Not even real creamer for coffee. Just bulk flavored creamers.

NO ROOM AT THE INN

Posted May 12, 2017
Pros: Not one thing
Cons: Get a new desk clerk and have Expedia tell clients about pet policies.
Waiting for desk clerk to arrive per sign at desk "Helping other customers". Here she comes with a great big drink and an even bigger attitude. I gave my information to her from Expedia and she told me I didn't have a room because I had a pet. She could have cared less - it was late and there were several big events in Salt Lake and after trying half dozen places to stay, there were no vacancies anywhere. I drove to Nephi, Utah before I found a place to stay about midnight. What A Joke!

VERY run down property

Posted May 5, 2017
Pros: Could not think of any.
Cons: Renovate and invest in the property.
Location: Far south side. Morning traffic is slow.
Not sure this is enough room for the issues- Linens bally and threads falling out. Room overall dirty, beat up and dated. Very small TV w/broken remote. No door on closet. Cover off heater. Burns in bathroom vanity & tub edge. Seat broken on toilet. Paint bubble below window. Screen cut & damaged. Hand mark on light fixture. Light switches dirty. Clean (not)- Hair in tub & Bath. Sink dirty & stained. Spray paint over dents in refrig. Dirty drawer. Cacoon on iron board. Outside- no garbage cans so butts all over. Counted 3 shopping carts in lot. No mulch down. Counted 3 dead trees/shrubs. Checkin- No key holder, super slow, no internet info. No dishes in room.

Close to where we need to be

Posted May 1, 2017
Pros: price
Cons: Cleaning and up keep
Location: South Town Expo Center
Disappointing. There was hair in the bathtub, on the bed and in the sheets. The bed spread was stained and the drapes were broken so we were woke early by the sun. On line it said it included breakfast but that was a stretch of the truth, it was a coffee bar with granola bars.

Unfortunately, we missed something during this process. We are working with our Housekeeping team to reiterate the importance of our daily checklists to make sure this isn't repeated. Great value

Posted Apr 18, 2017
Pros: Convenient location. Clean. Very friendly staff. Comfortable.
Location: Large mall across the street. Costco to the south. Plenty of good places to eat nearby.
If you need a good place to stay that is very reasonably priced, and don't require someone to make your bed for you, then this is where you should stay.

Not so Extended Stay

Posted Mar 26, 2017
First off no direction to the lobby. Staff wasn't able to speak very good English. Keys had to be programmed 3 separate times. Refrigerator rattled and hummed throughout the night. "Continental" breakfast was nature valley bars, packaged muffins and coffee....not to impressed.
