The room was pretty good, mostly clean. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. However, we checked in on Friday afternoon and by 7pm the fridge was not cold. When I called the front desk I was told that they didn't have anyone to look at it until Monday! (We were checking out on Sunday!)The person showed absolutely no concern about it and did not ever follow up on it. Luckily, in the end, the fridge finally got cold.
