Extended stay with kitchen. No cups or silverware to use. There was a holder for a blow dryer but no blow dryer. First night we had no shower curtain. Very noisy. Plumbing did not work well. Felt it was very over priced for the condition. Drunk guest in parking lot at night felt unsafe. Will not stay again.

The staff was not friendly or professional. The rooms have a ton of problems with them - walls need scuffs painted, there was no shampoo, 3 pillows for 2 people, no extra blankets. Breakfast was packages of oatmeal.

Clean, spacious room at a great price. We were on a ski holiday and the drive to Snowbird was only about 25 minutes. We would stay there again. The hotel advertised “Breakfast included.” They provide very little compared to other hotels. Coffee, packaged muffins, package oatmeal.

The first room we were put in, smelled of urine. And the second room had a mouse. When I left, at 12am, there was no one at the front desk to complain to. Dirty place.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. We got to the lobby and the receptionist and a co-worker were arguing. The lobby was small, dark and looked run down. We got to our room and the first thing I saw was the top of the refrigerator which looked dirty. Then the popcorn ceilings. Then we noticed the smell. Went to the window to open it to try to air it out and there were a bunch of little dead bugs on the window sill. Tried to get a refund and was told we couldn't because we booked through Expedia. We went ahead and checked out and got another hotel. We then called Expedia to try to get our refund and they were refused by the manager the next day. I called back to the hotel chain to complain and they said they would escalate the problem to the district manager. I heard nothing back so I called again a week later and was told the district manager's report said we stayed for our whole reservation and also that the room was checked and it was fine. LIES LIES LIES. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a dirty disgusting room and to be treated poorly.

I was a victim of theft in this Extended Stay's parking lot. A few unsavory characters seemed to be wandering around the lot at night. Definitely felt unsafe.

Horrible Expedia should remove this hotel. Area and exterior is nice. Mariachi music playing all night long with federal agent raid across the hallway. Manager stated that we owed her money and that Expedia never payed them. Was not true/ scam. STAY AWAY.

Friendly staff. Yet UNDER staffed, I had to wait 2 hours to get some clean dishes, then 1 of the stove trips the switch every time it is turned on, no vent from the cooking, had to open windows. Bad lighting in the room. Very run down building.

I booked ahead of time and arrived around 10:45pm. The front desk girl was just starting to close it down. She checked us in quickly and was very friendly. The room was much larger than expected. There was a two cooktop stove and full sized fridge! Bathroom was tiny. Everything was clean. We were told breakfast is until 10am but they closed it down at 9:30am. Check out was easy. Overall it was great!

The staff was friendly but the property was a dump. They don't keep any dishes or a coffee pot in the room they told me it's because they "disappear". They don't have hair driers anywhere. The so called breakfast is non-existant except for coffee in the lobby. The condition of everything is just old! Never stay anywhere based on price. I left a day early.

Pros: clean, cheap, soft towels, great location. Cons: 1. drug activity and prostitution and loud obnoxious guests happening outside, due to that I’m assuming, they only allow entrance through the front door which is very inconvenient. 2. Shower had very little pressure and barely got lukewarm. 3. Kitchen didn’t come stocked you had to request items and then return them at checkout. 4. Hallways smelled of Marajuana. 5. Breakfast is lame, muffin/granola bar/oatmeal in packets, that’s it. 6. Key cards kept malfunctioning and room door was very hard to open. 7. Fridge was loud, bathroom light was connected to the fan and was loud and annoying, there was no smoke alarm. 8. Bed was uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

We prepaid to be here. We were here at 8 pm and told they were down to one room left and two customers had reservations but it was lucky we got here first? Really they overbook and that’s OK with Expedia? I book a lot with Expedia and I don’t appreciate this experience. In a computer world it’s inexcusable. I expect compensation.

Nightmare
The front desk was in a personal call and made us wait a few minutes arguing with grandson. Then we were told the 2 bed room I booked months ago was underbooked and we received a 1 queen and a roll away. The bathroom sink was dirty the carpet smelly and the air conditioner made loud noise this was the worse room ever. We use to love extended stay but this is the second time they do us wrong.
