beautiful views, comfortable space

Posted May 19, 2017
Pros: love the rooms, colors, furnishings, and convenience.
Cons: staff gets a little hemmed up on you letting anyone visit you (ie: dad was chastised for not checking in)
Location: huge movie theater complex, restaurants, close to freeway, etc.
the staff is friendly and available to help. i first noticed that the room had a very homey feel and i was able to get in and relax almost immediately. the facility was up to date and clean.

Nothing too fancy, but nice

Posted May 18, 2017
Pros: The place is by no means five-star fancy, but it is clean, safe and quiet.
Cons: The outside doors need fixing, half the time you cannot get back into the building.
Location: The location is fairly safe, there are a good deal of grocery stores, restaurants and malls nearby as well as convenience stores and gas stations.
Had to stay here for about a month while looking for a home to rent/buy after selling home. There were a few things wrong and broken but overall not a miserable stay; has most everything one would need---the bathrooms are a tad bit small and inconvenient, but can't expect too much for the price. There is a young male employee who is very pleasant and always available when a guest needs something.

Too many characters "living" there. Did not feel safe. Very shady.

Not picky, but was disappointed.

Posted May 5, 2017
I had high hopes for a brand with what I thought was a positive image. Every towel had chunks of hair in them, the floor was not mopped and sticky in the kitchen and overall we were disappointed. I'm disappointed that I used my Expedia points to pay for part of this room. The morning front desk woman was pleasant, the two night desk clerks actually let us stand there for an uncomfortable amount of time as they worked on ge computer prior to greeting us. A little more customer service of "I'll be right with you" goes a long way.

Scary!

Posted May 2, 2017
There were some people in the parking lot behaving in a way that didn't make us feel safe, the rooms were horrible with a pungent fragrance used to mask the smell of smoking in non-smoking rooms, worn-down furniture, thin blanket, seemed more like a prison room than a hotel room.

Needed a King not a Queen

Posted May 1, 2017
I booked a King bed and was told upon check in that the King bed that was left was broken and the only other King was given to a last minute booking. I really needed a good nights sleep after an 15 hour flight, but didn't get it. We weren't expecting 4 star service, just what I paid for. Nothing was offered as a means of setting this right with me in lieu of getting a queen and not the King I PAID FOR, either. A gift card would have gone a long way, but like I said I wasn't expecting much from this hotel anyway.

Rode hard and put away wet

Posted Apr 28, 2017
Nice room but the bed was dirty, like dirty hairy sheets. The room at a glance looked clean enough so I suggested new bedding. The front desk staff was helpful and someone up there volunteered to change it while I went out to In n Out burger around the corner. The bed was clean but on closer inspection the room was pretty gross. Surfaces that hadn't seen a wipe down or a scrub. Trash behind the bedside table. Other than that the place is cozy, has a good location that seems safe, and the staff were nice.

Thank you for your business. We are glad you were overall pleased with your stay with us and appreciate your nice comments about our staff and the location of our hotel. However, we are sorry to know about the oversight in servicing your room. We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We are working with our Housekeeping team to reiterate the importance of our daily checklists to make sure this isn't repeated. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. Sincerely, General Manager
