Loved everything but I was wanting a light clean, make the beds and put in clean towels. I generally keep it picked up so no heavy cleaning needed. Would I go back again 100 times yes. Would I reccomend it to others? Already have, yes.
My wife and I celebrated our 21 year wedding anniversary recently and it was fabulous in every way. Easy parking access, excellent jacuzzi, great room service. Overall fantastic
Check in could have been smoother. Agent had to change my room a few times before handing me our keys. System was handwritten so I think that’s why check in was slow.
The room was large. The kids loved the hide a bed. Lots of room for little to run around.
Very nice staff! Room clean except for mold in the shower tub area. A good scrub brush And some tile cleaner would have fixed the problem. Perhaps cleaning people need to be trained to take care of mold.
My husband and I head to salt lake city once a month and we only stay at the Ramada. It's nice, clean, comfortable, and close to where we need to be. The staff takes good care of the customer and are all very accomodating.
Will definitely stay here again when we need to be in town. Late night desk staff person was very pleasant as well as all the other staff we encountered.
The thermostat inside the room was not working properly, upon reporting the problem to management that evening via telephone, I was put on hold for 30 mins., got tired of waiting so I walked over to the front desk and was told the handyman/bldg. engineer was already contacted, but I think they forgot ...
Overall it was a good hotel. We checked in after midnight since our concert ended at that time . Guy at the front desk was nice but not like omg he went above and beyond for us. I asked him what time breakfast was and he said there's no breakfast here. Clearly when I was online booking the hotel ...
Nothing remarkable nothing terrible - good stay good staff!
Nice to have hotel located right off the Interstate, and next to the grocery store. Super friendly, helpful employees. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Clearly this is not a 5-star hotel. But the hotel is perfectly fine. The room was clean and comfortable. I spent way less on average vs other expensive hotels. I would rather spend the money on food! I would recommend this hotel if anyone is going to visit Salt Lake and wants to stay downtown.
Excellent place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms with courteous staff and I will stay there again
We booked this hotel based on its location in relation to an event we were attending. We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. We liked the Neutrogena toiletries. We were not impressed with the breakfast however. There were no oranges available, which every hotel we have ever ...
It was very nice and relaxing everything was nice and neat and staff was dry friendly
The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown but close enough you can walk. The cost was great and the bed and pillows were nice to come back to at the end of an eventful day.
