Even though I called in advance to let them know we would arrive on Sat morning (I paid for Friday, too, to guarantee our room), the lady who said she would pass on the information apparently did not, because they could not find our res. After a phone call, the clerk finally registered us. While handling us, she took two phone calls, and spent a lot of time giving directions to someone. We flew overnight from Hawaii and was very irritated that she had to handle the phone calls as well. When we got to the room, the stop in the bathroom sink would not work. This is a problem, because both my wife and I wear contact lenses.
