They took excellent care of us! Super friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily, very safe and prime spot for a sports event in Salt Palace!

The hotel and our room is very clean! The room was cleaned daily and the proper amount of towels & amenities were replaced. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, a decent selection of hot & cold food choices. They even had turkey sausage. Great location in a safe area of downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is decent size poor with jacuzzi and sauna.

Checked into the room, on the shower wall, about eye level was a large clump of long black hair. They came and cleaned, but not a great first impression. I think the walls are made of paper, could hear neighbors, hallway, people above. Parking at night is tough, and not the best neighborhood. Would find another place.

We stay here quite often because of the free parking. They are charging for parking now, which would be fine if they were nice about it. they charged me almost 500 dollars and said i was only getting a 35 dollar refund. We did finally get it resolved, but not with the first lady.

My experience was positive. Breakfast was tasty. Pool room has a sauna which was great. They provided daily turnover service. Parking was easy. Only complaint was elevator. It was not working properly through the day, and we waited a long time for elevator.

Biggest and only complaint was house keeping walked into our room while we were sleeping at 8am. Luckily the deadbolt was on. Then an hour later knocked to see if we were still there. Checkout was not until 12! I didn't understand why they would be knocking for anyone night reservation.
