Arriving late in the evening after a 10 hour drive and hungry, the Hotel was super nice and the restaurant was still open. It was very welcoming.

Over priced Terrible.

Pros: The door out.
Cons: Start with the attitude of the staff and then go to the gym
Location: Airport is the nearest thing,
I paid almost 400 dollars to stay in this hotel that was basic at best, yes all the hotels are booked with the trade show but never the less this pace was horrid, from trying to get an airport shuttle to trying to store my luggage, A terrible gym and quite frankly plainly horrid, I stay in hotels close to 190 days a year and this will rate in the bottom 3. You asked, you got it.

Horrible experience

Made reservations for a 2 queen bed room with a late arrival confirmation and went to check in and I had no more room. Staff was a joke to deal with.

Nice to be picked up and dropped off at the airport. Nice pool and hot tub. Excellent restaurant.

Excellent breakfast

Pros: Breakfast , king bed, wide parking area, easy ground transportation to Highway.
Location: traveling to yellow-stone.
There are excellent breakfast. In morning,we should leave to Yellowstone N.P. with long driving road about 6 -7 hours. So, a good breakfast is important. There is small breakfast restaurant in Holiday hotel , however, the clerk was very friendly, she arranged good food for us.

One night in SLC

Pros: Ease of access, clean, friendly staff.
Cons: The water in the vending machines, all of them, was out. No continental breakfast (which was my bad).
Location: Not a bunch to do in the immediate surrounding area from what I saw driving in. Downtown SLC isn't too far away and has plenty to do and see.
This Holiday Inn was clean and well kept. I did see a bar and restaurant, I was not able to use, but both looked updated and inviting. This facility provided exactly what I was looking for. A bed and a shower near the airport. They offer a shuttle service and parking for you vehicle while you are traveling. Both of these were not needed but the option was offered. Seeing that this is an airport hotel, I assumed (and we all know what that means) that they would offer a continental breakfast for early travelers. This is not so.

Short stay

Dropping off someone at the airport. Front desk was very accommodating and suggested we take their shuttle to save on parking fees. That was extremely convenient. The bus driver was friendly and enjoyable.

Comfortable & clean; good amenities; had 1 issue

We stayed 2 nights & found the room, amenities & service to be of good quality. Very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was very good. We purchased a room that included breakfast & felt it was well worth it. My only complaint, and it is significant, is that when I called the evening after we checked out to inquire about an item I'd forgotten in the room, they took my # claiming they'd call me back but never bothered to do so even after I called a 2nd time. Very poor service that marred my impression of the hotel.
