Horrible service, communication -

Customer Service was horrible. Billed wrong rate and when calling to try and fix it, the manager is never available. So here we are 8 messages later and get no calls back. Will never book here again. Other person who stayed had the same issues, but it only took her 3 calls to get her bill fixed, and another 2 calls to make them change the card they put the charges on that they shouldn't have. they billed the card the reservation was held on, and not the one presented at time of check in and check out. Horrible horrible service. Oh, and also didnt give us the breakfast vouchers when we checked in so we had no idea until checking out, that we could have had free breakfast. My company, who books a lot of stays in SLC hotels, will NEVER use this hotel again.
