Needs a microwave.

Microwave available in lobby but should be available in the room.

Thank you for taking a moment to review our hotel. All of our standard rooms come with a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. Unfortunately our standard rooms do not include a microwave, but there is one available in our lobby. For your future convenience, we offer our King Executive Suites, Family Suites and Presidential Suites which include a wet bar with a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, sink and cupboards.

Nice hotel

Meals are very over priced. Breakfast for one was 29.00. Would not eat there again.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant. The room was ok

I had no problems with check-in or check-out. The room was comfortable, it was a traditional Holiday Inn

Close to the airport

We were in town for a big convention so everywhere is expensive. This hotel is one of the older HI that had been renovated somewhat but it's hard to hid the age even with the new carpet and furniture. It's comfortable but probably not the best value at this price point.

Horrible Communication and Billed wrong rate

Billed my bosses card, whos card was used to hold the reservation for me. I specifically asked them to bill my card given at the time of check in. Then, when checking out, found out they charged the wrong rate, AND never told me about the free breakfast we were supposed to have during our stay. So after many phone calls, and the rate was fixed, I found out from my boss that they charged his card. So we had to call back again and have them credit his card and use mine. It was a huge pain. Took a lot of calls, time, effort, and we got screwed on breakfasts. Our company will never use this hotel again. Weve booked hundred of rooms over the last 2 years in SLC and never had such a hard time with staff and getting anything right.

Horrible service, communication -

Customer Service was horrible. Billed wrong rate and when calling to try and fix it, the manager is never available. So here we are 8 messages later and get no calls back. Will never book here again. Other person who stayed had the same issues, but it only took her 3 calls to get her bill fixed, and another 2 calls to make them change the card they put the charges on that they shouldn't have. they billed the card the reservation was held on, and not the one presented at time of check in and check out. Horrible horrible service. Oh, and also didnt give us the breakfast vouchers when we checked in so we had no idea until checking out, that we could have had free breakfast. My company, who books a lot of stays in SLC hotels, will NEVER use this hotel again.

Very clean, nice hotel!

The hotel was very easy to access. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Close to airport but quiet

Staff was helpful. We had a extra bed brought I. And they were helpful to set it up in the room. I do wish a continental breakfast was included. Or some breakfast with our room. The room was clean.
