"We checked in very late and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She volunteered to bring ice to our room!!! The window in our room opens - yea - wonderful. Beds and linens were great, everything was clean, no microwave but a refrigerator that was quiet. The breakfast, Monday - Friday only, was better than typical Hyatts or Marriott’s. And excellent coffee. It’s expensive, old but the updates have made it very nice. It’s also quiet. "

"It was a very nice hotel, we were there for a concert at the Vivant center if I was to say anything it would be that when there is a concert and you have people staying at this hotel the bar needs more help to handle all the people. There was only 1 person working and trying to keep track of who was next and others wanting to order more drinks very frustrating for the customers as well."
