Great Place for a Group Outing
There were 8 of us meeting up from across the United States and we had an absolutely wonderful time in this property! Everything was accessible, there were plenty of amenities, and Rick was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend fully!

Clean, quiet, great for a night
Our group of 6 (3 couples) stayed here one night - it was a great, comfortable stay and did the job for our short time in SLC. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and communicating with the host was wonderful. He was very flexible, and it was easy to get in. Kitchen was pretty barebones, and could have used more living room seating, but overall a great place to stay!

Cute house with a surprising amount of space
The house looks small on the outside but has lots of space thanks to a spacious and beautifully renovated basement. We also enjoyed the large back garden for kids to run around. The property owner was super responsive with questions ove the messaging here. Replied immadiately and took action. All in all a very pleasant experience.
