Great Night's Sleep

This was my last hotel stay on a round trip drive from San Jose to Philadelphia. It was perfect for my needs; clean, efficient staff, quiet, very comfortable, and in a good location. I heard some people complaining that their wifi wasn't working, but it worked well in room #200. I got a great night's sleep and was rested for the rest of my drive home.

Not my top stay

Upon checking in, you look around and see the ceiling is falling for to a water leak. Donna was the best front desk person there. Yet her boss was belittling her in front of everyone in the lobby. Didn't seem to care that I was standing there waiting. I finally left, nothing was that important to yell at her on front of guest. The third floor says ice, but nope was taken out. Pool closed for 3 days for maintenance, was told they needed to empty it and fix a leak and then refill it. Funny after 4 days it was never emptied! In our room we found another guests clothes in a dresser drawer! Supposed to have housekeeping every 3 days and that never happened. I hope you enjoy eggs and sausage links because that was breakfast EVERY day! This hotel needs some upkeep and refreshing to say the least. Great for being in the middle of the valley as far as location.

The ac worked for a minute then quit. It was very hot and uncomfortable. The place stunk. The breakfast left much to be desired.

Easy to get to Ski resorts

Pros: Staff tries to get everything right
Cons: Pool area needs to be a bit cleaner.
Location: Easy drive to ski areas, even during rush hour.
I stay in a lot of cheaper motels. This one is a keeper. Hot breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and updated. Lobby has been remodeled, and is pleasing. Fine for families and kids. The pool is the only thing that was a little dissapointing, but, it was winter, and I didn't really need that.

Good hotel

Overall it is a good place to stay. The only thing wrong in our room is one of the beds had chocolate all over the blanket. Also the windows were filthy and the screen was broken. The pool was very dirty. Breakfast was great, and the staff was amazing!!!

Rush guests before check-out.

Pros: Size of room, cleanliness
Cons: Staff
Location: Lots of restaurants to explore, close to national parks
Room was clean as well as amenities, we had good rest until check-out day. BEWARE that they do rush you hours before check-out time. Knocked on our door 3 times around 9, 10 and 10:30am. One of the cleaning staff invited himself in while we carried luggages to the car, our bags and some personal items were still in the room! When we return to pick up the rest of stuff and caught him in room he gave us a grimly look, "Oh you guys are still here". This was all happening BEFORE 11am check-out time, despite that we did politely thanked the first cleaning lady to return later as we pack. Serious managing problem. Probably wouldn't want to stay here again unless they work this out.

Great stay

We met up with some friends from out of state so visit for a night. The staff were very friendly hotel was clean and updated. Overall we had a great experience.

Don't make a reservation here!

Cons: Everything.
Location: I have no idea! They couldn't even give correct zip code for new hotel.
After driving through a snow storm going north in Utah I was looking forward to stopping for the night. When I arrived at this hotel I was informed I did not have a room. They claimed rooms were down for "maintenance" . They said they had called and left me a "voice mail". The lady at front desk exuded indifference. Remarkably a small bus of Asian tourists had just arrived and they had all been given rooms. They informed me that they had made arrangements for us to stay at another hotel that was about 20 miles away. I asked for directions and was given a print out that was only the first page. It referred to three different routes - but no actual directions. I asked for address of hotel and zip code so I could load the info into auto gps. I ultimately arrived at the Salt lake City airport as they had given me the wrong zip code. I called the new hotel and and was connected with an "overseas" customer rep. They couldn't get it straight that we were in an automobile. They decided we had arrived on a plane and needed ground transportation. Never did sort that out with them. Finally arrived at new hotel and while staff was helpful they had no idea what to charge us! We had already paid Quality Inn and Suites. It appears the people that own Quality Inn and Suites also owned this hotel. Making money seems to be their primary concern. While we to receive a breakfast the next morning there was no eggs - no fruit. Almost bare. I was offered some hard boiled eggs that looked terrible.
